Feels like putting a nail into an already closed coffin but we went to the hut and had dirty bird today. Our customer service was fine but my soda was flat, my chicken sandwich inedible and it was thoroughly unsatisfying. The sandwich was burnt and had a bad oily taste. My husband got a dirty bird and he couldn’t make it half way through. The fries were hot and fine. It’s the closest restaurant to our house but sadly I will not be back..

I’d never been here before, but I saw that they were mentioned in a Deseret News article about best fried chicken in Utah. My wife and I are here and it was INCREDIBLE. The fried chicken was crispy and the chicken wasn’t dry, the flavors were on point. I got my sandwich hot, and it was just the right amount of heat. The sauces are great. The seasoned fries were also great. I would recommend Dirty Bird to anyone who’s looking for good fried chicken.

They told my brother and I that if we liked spicy then we should get the "hot" option. We did, but it was almost too much for him and to handle. Though, the food tasted great, despite the heat. The fries are seasoned and delicious. The chicken is well prepared with a great breading and fried beautifully. Dirty Bird is a great option for someone looking for a step above Chick-fil-A.

We eat at pretty bird pretty often but wanted to try a local place so we came here. We got the dirty bird and dirty fries. I thought pretty bird was the best in our area but this sandwich was so good it trumps it. The fries with ranch were great too. It took like 5 mins to get our food and didn’t have waiting like we usually do at pretty bird. Over all excellent experience.

This place does not disappoint! Had the Dirty Bird HOT and it was phenomenal!Their fries are off the hook here - always fresh and always crispy. Perfectly seasoned too!The employees are friendly and always smiling - can’t get enough of this place!

I had barely sat down for a minute or two before my order was in front of me. I was a little worried since I got the hot and dirty that it would be too spicy, but it was the perfect amount. Just enough spice, but you can still enjoy the meal. The pimento cheese was a fantastic addition. Great place!

Pros: chicken was very juicy and good. Had i just gotten chicken tenders i may have liked it. Staff was nice.Cons: The sandwich toppings were disgusting and not paired well. It was somehow reminiscent of sea food ?. Overpriced—$10 for the sandwich alone and $3 for fries. The establishment was gross. Tables were obviously not cleaned, literally every trash can in the place was overflowing, tables and chairs crammed everywhere and very messy feeling. Wouldn’t recommend.

I am a fan of other Michael McHenry establishments and was in the area to finally try Dirty Bird. It was a very disappointing experience for my family. The chicken meat was grey on both of our sandwiches and had tendons still in the meat. We ordered fries to share and the portion of fries was the size you get in a McDonald’s happy meal. It was a handful size of fries. The banana pudding is much better at R&R. We spent a good chunk of money and threw everything away.

I consistently enjoy my chicken sandwiches at the Dirty Bird, and I go there quite often. The sauces on the burgers are quite good, and the spicy sauces hit just right. When I have to exert my self control just to avoid licking up the sauces from the tray, I know that the food is good! 10/10 would recommend. Also, they host live music almost every weekend

Very tasty chicken sandwich. On par with how good Popeyes chicken sandwiches are. Different than Popeyes but real good nonetheless. The fries were fine. The environment was the best. I liked the openness of the whole place. I went right before they closed and they still let us sit and eat for well over an hour

I normally try to write only positive reviews for places I've been, and I wish I could do the same for Dirty Bird, since this has been our favorite go-to spot for life events and I've been recommending it to everyone I know! However, time seems to have taken away our favorite parts of this restaurant, and I probably won't be recommending it in the future. Higher prices and smaller portion sizes were a huge bummer, but I was holding out for that delicious food I've been craving for days. Needless to say, Dirty Bird has become mediocre at best. The chicken tasted boiled instead of fried, and had very little flavor to the classic sandwich. Employees seemed frazzled and forgot half the order, even though there was only one other customer...Waited patiently the extra 10 minutes or so for the sandwich, but it came out pretty cold. Bun wasn't toasted and we're pretty sure it just came straight out of the fridge.Overall, we still enjoyed our meal, but I really miss the Dirty Bird we used to know and love.

This place is the freaking best. Enoch was the biggest bro on this plannet Earth. For a blissful 10 minutes this establishment restored the faith and hope I have in humanity. They truly understand what good customer service consists of. And their food is impeccably delightful... delicious... and delectable. Dominating the chicken sandwich game in our very own Provo, UT.

Our group tried the Dirty Bird, the Classic, chicken strips, macaroni & cheese, and banana pudding. Dirty Bird had good flavor, but could stand to be a little hotter. Classic and chicken strips were nothing special, but were good. Mac & cheese was great. Banana pudding was excellent. We were there on a Friday, and they had live music in a little outdoor area with fire pits.
