I ordered the philly sandwich, I can tell they over cooked it cause the cheese is hard all around the sandwich. When I tried to bite on the cheese part, it was hard as a rock. I called the store #7501 and nicely asked them if they could make me a new one and deliver it too me. The woman that answered was immediately annoyed by my request and asked " so you want a new one and you want it delivered? " I said "yes please " and she said" okay" and hanged up on me. So I called back and when she answered I said" I'm sorry I think our connection dropped " and she spoke to me in such a rude and passed off tone and said " You wanted a new sandwich and have it delivered right?" And I said" yes, but don't you need my adress" and in a really annoyed voice she said " No , we all ready have it. " and I said "okay, thank you so much" and she hanged up again. Update: 20 minutes later I hear a small knock on the door and I go open it and I look down and I see my new sandwich with a receipt. I hear the delivery guy drive away. Thank you dominos .

I ordered last week and they took over an hour to deliver our pizza for a birthday party. It's literally 4 min drive from us. Later we got an email offering a free pizza apology and I accepted. Today was the last day to use it and it says it only works with delivery which is a minimum spending of 15$ before they deliver not to mention 4$ delivery fee and tip. After calling to see if they could send us a different apology pizza, they said there was nothing they could do to amend the situation. These guys are the worst.

The pizza is usually pretty good. I haven't gotten pasta from them in awhile. It used to be good. They would make it crispy and balance the ingredients. Now they just down it in sauce and overcook it.

Most deliveries take longer than forecasted, which is fine, I’ve never minded until the experience I had today. After ordering a medium pizza, and an HOUR goes by and it still hasn’t delivered, I give the store a call. I’m told it’s the next one to go out, so with a little annoyance I let it go. Another 25 minutes and counting and it still has not left for delivery, but the app and the person I spoke with confirmed my pizza has been done for over 40 minutes at this point. So by the time it finally delivers, I will have an old pizza, after waiting an absurd amount of time.

Placed an order for delivery at 5:56pm. Order was delivered at 7:35pm. It shouldn't take more than 45 minutes to get an order made and delivered. When it did arrive, it was neither hot nor fresh. Quite disappointing. You're probably better off getting a frozen pizza from the grocery store.
