The service was fine waiting to get the order but when I got home and looked at the pizza they had little to no toppings. The olive was supposed to be extra olive and I’ll let you take a guess as to what the other one is because you can barely see the toppings on there.

I waited awhile for my food just for it to come cold & then for the delivery driver to drop it like it nothing. Paid almost $40 just for shitty food. & my time kept getting pushed back and my food sat over 20 minutes being done at 8:45 it showed me it was done and I didn’t receive my order until 9:38

I have ordered from this Domino's many times and it's usually pretty good. But unfortunately when I ordered my pizza this time, there was extremely little sauce, it was very very thin, and it definitely did have the extra cheese or pepperoni that I ordered. Pretty disappointing but I won't disregard the other times that they've been good.

Ordered a pizza online. Picked it up and brought it home to see they gave me the wrong pizza. Called them to let them know they gave me the wrong order and I’ll be there in a bit to get my actual order. When I got there they made me wait a long ass time and when they finally gave me the pizza I took it back home to see it was the WRONG PIZZA again. I called the manger of this location and he was rude about it. Said he was aware he gave us the wrong pizza and just toss it. Terrible manager Dominos needs to toss him

Really really confused and pissed off. We ordered a pepperoni pizza online, picked it up, got home and opened it and realized it was a bacon one top pizza. We should have checked it before we got home, but didn’t think about it. We called and asked if we could bring it back and get it fixed. They said they would. We waited in the store for twenty minutes, thirty minutes after we should have gotten our order the first time, and finally got our pizza. The guy confirmed that it was a pepperoni pizza multiple times so we didn’t think we had to open it up and check it. We get home and it’s A SECOND BACON PIZZA. WHAT IS HAPPENING. they refunded us our money but an hour of our lives were spent picking up not one, but TWO BACON PIZZAS that we didn’t want. we don’t like bacon. It’s the only topping on the pizza. Genuinely feeling pranked, I’m sure I’ll laugh tomorrow but right now I’m just craving my pepperoni pizza I ordered over an hour ago and never got. do not come to this location.

Last time I ordered a pizza, it arrived more than an hour late. I live just five minutes away from this location, but they told me there were still two more orders ahead of mine so they would have to deliver to them first— like, really? They just can’t be any smarter than that. And they promised me a free pizza for the delay if I called back with my phone number. Well, I called today, and they said they couldn’t find any record of it. So basically, they lied. On top of that, their service was trash. If I live right next door, maybe try delivering my order first? It’s just straight-up dog crap

I ordered the philly sandwich, I can tell they over cooked it cause the cheese is hard all around the sandwich. When I tried to bite on the cheese part, it was hard as a rock. I called the store #7501 and nicely asked them if they could make me a new one and deliver it too me. The woman that answered was immediately annoyed by my request and asked " so you want a new one and you want it delivered? " I said "yes please " and she said" okay" and hanged up on me. So I called back and when she answered I said" I'm sorry I think our connection dropped " and she spoke to me in such a rude and passed off tone and said " You wanted a new sandwich and have it delivered right?" And I said" yes, but don't you need my adress" and in a really annoyed voice she said " No , we all ready have it. " and I said "okay, thank you so much" and she hanged up again. Update: 20 minutes later I hear a small knock on the door and I go open it and I look down and I see my new sandwich with a receipt. I hear the delivery guy drive away. Thank you dominos .
I had made a mistake with the address somehow. They kindly gave me a refund and I got my pizza fast. Great (and patient) customer service!

I ordered last week and they took over an hour to deliver our pizza for a birthday party. It's literally 4 min drive from us. Later we got an email offering a free pizza apology and I accepted. Today was the last day to use it and it says it only works with delivery which is a minimum spending of 15$ before they deliver not to mention 4$ delivery fee and tip. After calling to see if they could send us a different apology pizza, they said there was nothing they could do to amend the situation. These guys are the worst.

The pizza is usually pretty good. I haven't gotten pasta from them in awhile. It used to be good. They would make it crispy and balance the ingredients. Now they just down it in sauce and overcook it.
