Dude this was awful. Every worker there was not wearing gloves and randomly touching the food, which was gross. When my Pizza finally came out, the pizza sauce was not even cooked with the pizza and it was honestly gross. Super disappointed….. waste of $.

I got a pizza last night and noticed a couple of toppings were missing. I came back the next day with my receipt and the remaining of the pizza I had left in the pizza box( I did eat some of the incorrect pizza order because I was hungry). The lady that was there made it right by remaking my pizza with all the ingredients, which I appreciate. So fire that, I give them 5 stars 🤩.

Took them over an hour to deliver. when delivery got here driver was a jerk and got in my face yelling at me because i told him the wrong address. food was cold and kinda soggy.

My wife placed a simple order on the app for two pizzas, and we still got to the store four minutes after the system said our order was ready. We waited in line for 35 minutes just to get helped, and when we gave them the order's name, they said they couldn’t find our order and told us to wait—without giving us any idea how long it’d take. After another 15 minutes, they said the pizzas still weren’t ready and it’d be another 10 minutes. After a full hour of waiting, they brought us two pizzas that were nothing like what we ordered. Our order is attached, along with a photo of the pizzas they claimed were ours. When we went back and told them it wasn’t our order, they said they’d reprint the ticket and remake it. While we were waiting, we saw multiple employees messing with their phones, which probably explains the mix-up and the delay in getting the pizzas made—not to mention the hygiene issue, since they’re not wearing gloves and aren’t washing their hands after touching their phones before handling the pizzas. The only time the manager even acknowledged us was when they sent an employee to tell me I’m not allowed to film inside the store, but I’ve attached a clip of the video I took with this review. Overall, there were a bunch of employees just standing around doing nothing, blocking the way for other workers who needed to get through, and others fiddling with their phones, slowing down the pizza-making process. This place needs a manager who’s on top of things and can make quick fixes, like prioritizing customers who are actually in the store instead of churning out pizzas for people who aren’t even there.

The service was fine waiting to get the order but when I got home and looked at the pizza they had little to no toppings. The olive was supposed to be extra olive and I’ll let you take a guess as to what the other one is because you can barely see the toppings on there.

I waited awhile for my food just for it to come cold & then for the delivery driver to drop it like it nothing.
Paid almost $40 just for shitty food. & my time kept getting pushed back and my food sat over 20 minutes being done at 8:45 it showed me it was done and I didn’t receive my order until 9:38

I have ordered from this Domino's many times and it's usually pretty good. But unfortunately when I ordered my pizza this time, there was extremely little sauce, it was very very thin, and it definitely did have the extra cheese or pepperoni that I ordered. Pretty disappointing but I won't disregard the other times that they've been good.
