Was notified that my food was out of the oven and ready to go through the tracker and got no update on delivery for 30 minutes. Finally called the store and they said that my food was still at the location because they couldn't send their drivers with more than one order at a time. When I asked about the delay they said I could come to the store to pick it up but offered no other discount other than removing the delivery fee and tip... No way am I using this location again.

Sat on the phone for over 10 minutes waiting for them to answer. Would never call again next time in going into the store to talk with them. Once I was on the phone it seemed very rushed and annoyed.

This particular dominos location is amazing. The staff is always happy and helpful. They always get my order right. They are fast! Another location in town is terrible. I will go out of my way to go to this location! Great management means great employees. Winning team!

Dominos did a great job! I was very impressed with the speed of service, I ordered, showed up and the pizza was already ready! Also, the flavors were great, and the texture and temperature was really unique and good! The extra tomato sauce added to the tang of the pizza. However, I was a bit disappointed with the rewards app. You get 10 points if you make a purchase over $5, but anything you spend after that doesn’t contribute to the points. So even if you were to spend $1000 on pizza, it would still get you 10 points total. Kind of disappointing coming from Dominos. Other than that, I was happy with the service!

Used to really enjoy dominos & thought they had good standards but apparently that was just the store I lived near. Been going through this shop once in a while for a couple years now & it feels like they’re just going downhill in overall quality. Multiple times now I’ve seen my order sitting for 30-45+ minutes before they can manage to get it out for delivery and when it finally gets here I’ve had everything from garlic knots without garlic, crumpled pizzas & ungrateful drivers who complained because i wanted some change for the $20 I gave him (only bill I had at the moment plus I already paid online). Sorry but especially for the service here I’m not giving a driver as much as my meal costs hahaha. Definitely consider ordering from somewhere else.
For the second time we ordered carry out only to get home and find the pizza raw in the middle. The cheesy bread was cooked ok.

Second experience and their crust needs work and proper amount of sauce. I'm so disappointed but willing to give them a third try because sometimes it'd just the person making it that does poor work. The parmesan bites were tasty but did lack enough of the garlic oil on it.
