I usually love dutch bros, they are always my number one go to when im feeling down but this morning was not a good experience, i received some bad news this morning so i stopped by this location for the first time and the girl at the window could not have cared less about the tears flowing down my face lol, i get that its a job, and as someone who works in customer service i understand sometimes you're just not feeling it, but a little empathy or even a smile wouldnt have been the end of the world, especially when working at a dutch bros because thats kind of what they’re known for and what sets them apart from the other drink shops. I swear im not trying to be rude or anything it was just a really rough way to start my day :(
