I asked for a large energy drink with no ice. There were at least two inches of empty space!! When someone asks for no ice, fill the cup! Other drink places will top off the drink with another soda. Why not you?
I asked for a large drink, and i was cheated and should have been charged a medium or whatever sizes they have. This was extremely poor customer service.
(I did not even have a drink! Note the wrapper on the straw and how clean the top is.)

Dutch Bros in Provo is very kind sweet loving store to get your coffee or whatever other drink they have excellent service friendly and respectful people it's not just a coffee shop it's family

Provo Dutch Bros is the best ditch.Bros to come to, they're nice employees very understanding.If you need someone to talk to there there to talk.It's not just a coffee shop.It's a place to get away and let your feelings out in appropriate way and communicate with adults specially when you're a mom to 3 kids

this is the only location I will go to. everyone is so kind and NOT in the fake obnoxious way that drives you insane like some of the other locations. my drink is always perfect and there’s never usually a big line when I come. thank you for the consistent good energy and good chats!

This Dutch Bros is amazing! They are attentive and very friendly. I will keep going back every time I’m in the Provo area!
I prefer this location over the one in Pleasant Grove. The staff is always kind and understanding. There has only been a few times where I've had the coffee here and it's burned. I don't feel like when I ask it's an inconvenience unlike the one in Pleasant Grove. Tried the new cereal marshmallow drink with protein and it's really good. Keep it up!

I just ordered an iced golden eagle. Any of you who have ordered this drink can see that this isn’t even the right color. At the very least it’s missing caramel I don’t know what else. It tastes like watered down milk. Just a blatant lack of effort at their job.
