Service was great. I’m not sure why I came here. But I’m in Provo and there are limited coffee options. I don’t even think this was coffee. This was pretty bad. I should have gone to a different coffee shop. I felt like I was drinking dirty water. I hope Mormons start drinking coffee so there are more options.

First trip to Dutch Brothers, which my daughters love. I definitely won’t be back. I’m all in favor of college kids having a social life, but not in the drive thru line and especially not when there are six cars waiting. Girl taking orders talked to one car, clearly friends, for a solid 5 minutes. Then another one for at least 3. Then our order was wrong. And my slider…🙄 Aptly named as I opened the bag to find it completely disassembled in the bag.

I must shout out to the gentleman (I do not know his name - he has ash/blond, longer hair and such a cute smile) working the drive-up window this morning (12.29.25) absolutely made my ENTIRE day!! It is obviously Monday so it was bad just because of that but I added a whole host of other 'fun' things' just in case I needed something extra. I missed my alarm, missed my exit on I-15, late for work/missed a meeting, make-up not done and what was done was trash, the list goes on... Needless to say, I had the worst morning E V E R!! I NEEDED Dutch Bros. in my life FOR sure today! So, I pull up and this nameless, very cute, gentleman working the window met me with an amazing smile and gratitude for coming 'in' this morning. He asked how my day was thus far and I let him have all of it; the alarm, the exit, my make-up - all of it! He didn't seem rushed, he never took his eyes away from me to look at the, I am sure, was a very long line behind me, he didn't seem or appear to be any sort of hurry to get me the hell out of the line. He just listened and .... took it upon himself to do what he could do to make my life better this morning. He listened with grace and compassion. I want him (and his boss) to know how amazing that was and just how much I appreciated him for taking time with me and proceed to help in a way that he could help - essentially, this crazy stranger - have a better day - and he was successful!! If anyone knows this man's name, I would love to call him out directly. Thank you 'Dutch Bros. Hero of the Day' - you are the reason I choose DB over everyone else! - xoxo

Every time it’s been amazing, friendly staff but this time total opposite, a genius decided to put the drive thru line right behind the parking spot making it impossible for us to leave, I’ve been here over 30 minutes trying to leave but the line behind me is endless, there is at least 4 other cars trying to leave too but we can’t move

Although I've been a fan of Dutch Bros for a while, the prices of their products have become too high for what you get and I can't fathom continuing to give them more free money. I realize they're not the only place that has raised prices but the worth of the product vs amount you pay = insanity.

I dont get why theres a soft top option if they wont put any on your drink. ive gotten dutch bros so many times and i am so over paying EXTRA for soft top if they wont put any. The little they put it all stays on the lid. Dont even bother paying extra for soft top they wont give you ANY.

Please someone explain to me why it takes 10 minutes to get my drink when the attendant is just shooting the breeze with her girly? There was a long line of cars behind me as well. And for an iced coffee? It’s a drive thru!
