Amazing sushi, and even better takoyaki. I went on a trip about a year ago to Japan and have been craving Takoyaki like the street vendors in Japan. This place made it soooo perfect and the sushi was fresh and delicious. Haven’t gotten sick so far, so I recommend this place :D

I ordered the orange chicken w ham fried rice and spring roll and egg drop soup. The soup had great flavor but was luke warm. The chicken was very dry and hard not light and fluffy. Tasted like it was fried earlier in the day and re-warmed, tasted like it was fried in old oil. The sauce was good. We ordered the cream cheese wontons. They are not made with won ton skins that are light and airy when fried. These are made with some sort of thick dough, so they are hard. My egg roll was the best thing. The ham fried rice was almost good. My husband ordered the Raman, he said it was average. We prob won’t be going back. Some of the sushi that passed by us looked pretty good Maybe we should have ordered sushi. We prob won’t be going back. Panda is better. Sorry guys.

EDIT: in a more recent visit, the decline in food quality and service was both noticeable and disappointing! I would still visit Eimi again, but unfortunately I’m more likely to choose other local ramen/Japanese places from now on
We love this place! I have noticed some minor inconsistencies in the food quality at times, but I love their tonkotsu ramen and appetizers so much that it doesn’t make a huge difference to me. They utilize a mobile ordering system, which may seem confusing on a first visit, but quickly becomes comfortable and efficient. You scan a QR code at the table to view the menu AND place your order. The staff are kind though and definitely willing to help out if you have questions or special requests/concerns. The dining area and decorations create for a nice vibe as well. Overall a great spot for good Japanese and Asian specialities :)

I've been to a lot of ramen house Japanese steak house even some that needed a week in advance reservations with this being said I asked for egg drop soup I almost vomited I could even take another bite I don't write reviews like this yet when I ask for the gentleman to taste this and see if he would I think it tastes right to him he doesn't act like a gentleman at all and says I know what a drop soup taste like. I said I do too and this is clearly not it and then I asked him if he had anything else on the menu he asked me if I knew how to read the menus right there and I said wow I'm done got up and told them and this is what replaced wild Ginger? Neither I or my family will ever eat here again usually when something doesn't taste right someone will taste it I mean there was a big bowl he could have taken a spoonful of tasted it and then I'm so sorry that does not taste right I will be right back and make it right the guy really left a bad taste in my mouth literally and then wanted to end up treating me the way he did if I could get negative Stars I would
