Eimi Sushi & Ramen is a hidden gem! The sushi was fresh and flavorful, and the ramen broth was rich and comforting. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. A must-try for sushi and ramen lovers!

It's so good to find another slappin ramen place. Their sushi is top notch too. I was so eager to eat I forgot to take pics! I'll take some when we come back, which will absolutely be soon.
They make the noodles in house and it is notable. Absolutely delicious. My 2 year old tried tonkatsu ramen for the first time and she loved it. Ate her own little bowl entirely!
The service was very very friendly. Their app to order from is probably the slickest I've used. Super easy to order and got our food it felt like within 5 minutes. Very well put together scenery and bright enjoyable atmosphere.
The sushi was insanely good too. This will be a staple in my family easily. I think my 2 year old will make sure of that!
Personally really enjoyed and glad to have a good ramen spot again.

Food was good and reasonably priced. Service was horrible. Could not split
checks, they said to use the app to order so separate checks. Then we did but still he asked each one of us what we ordered. Took about 45 from getting the check to paying. Also the server was coughing the entire time and did not have a mask on.

The Fresh Wasabi and Ramen were great. But their sushi is not good. I had a tuna roll, very simple. The tuna was literally gray, and the rice was so chewy. I'm almost postive it was frozen. Smiths sushi is better lol

Fantastic food, excellent service. My only complaint is that there were no paper menus, had to scan a QR code.
Even then, so good I'll definitely be back.

Everything was great and I don't eat sushi. My wife is from Florida and thought the sushi was excellent. She said best or second best in Utah.

This is the best Japanese restaurant I have ever had. The environment is clean, tidy, delicious and beautiful. The sushi ingredients are also very fresh, giving me a very good dining experience.

Makes me sad that they rebranded or sold out. Used to be a good sushi for cheap place for college kids and now it feels like a place your boss would take you for lunch.
My first time going there after the remodel was my first time getting stereotyped as a student. Me and 2 other friends went during a low traffic time. I looked at the menu and asked if they still did all-you-can-eat sushi. The sever got visibly upset and said we only do high quality rolls now. I then asked what he had that was gluten free and he looked at me and then abruptly left and returned with a Gluten Free menu and stood over me as I ordered. I ended up ordering a couple rolls that were half off.
The food took more than half an hour to come out and we didnât see the server except for when we were ordering, receiving the food and when we got the check. The food itself was over priced at 50% off and was not worth it.
When we got the check he stood over us and watched as we filled out the receipt.

The kimchi beef ramen they served us smelled rotten and spoiled. We took a few sips of the broth, but couldnât stomach it and left it alone. The sushi was fine. The worst part of this experience was, after we paid, we mentioned to our server that the ramen was bad and they probably shouldnât serve it. She went to tell the manager, and he didnât even have the decency to walk a few feet over to us to address the concern. He told the server to tell us it was the fermented kimchi, and then he walked away. We are very familiar with kimchi and know the difference between fermented and spoiled. Ridiculous customer service! If you want an upset stomach (husband came home and went straight to the toilet) and terrible customer care, then this is the place for you.
