My complaint and review is specific to this Provo location and whoever the guy is that opens there on Fridays.
Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Ernie's and I order it pretty much every Friday morning at the OREM location because the people and food are AWESOME (I've given that location 5 stars). I'm pretty sure I've actually had Ernie himself take my order a few times there and he is one of the nicest dudes you will ever meet. You can tell he loves his job and strives to give his customers a great experience.
BUT, after giving it a few different tries, over several different months and having a poor experience EVERY time, I REFUSE to go to this Provo location anymore. I don't know who the guy is that opens in the morning, but he is the WORST. Literally the polar opposite of Ernie. I've bit my tongue and not written a review for this location because of how much I love the OREM location, but after ANOTHER bad experience last Friday (that I'm not going to get into), I had to voice my frustration.

Great spot for a hangout!! Sports environment is awesome ? if you’re looking for a quality sandwich ? you gotta hit it up. Curveball is my favorite sandwich on EARTH!!!! 10/10. Prices are kinda high so I don’t eat here as often as I would like. ? Great food tho
Really, pretty boring menu, bad customer very poor, ordering by kiosk is a joke. Sorry, I think this place is a joke! The grilled chicken isn’t even cooked here and the quality of the breast with the fake grill marks is terrible. They have Mushrooms and Avocado on the menu, but the vegetarian comes with olives , onions, pickles, lettuce & tomatoes on an extremely stale wheat hoagie. 4 of 10 sodas options out of syrup.

Not even going to lie, this was the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had in my life, everything was cooked to perfection, very well seasoned, the eggs were perfectly runny, I even order two more sandwiches to take home with me. I’m telling you now, go to this deli, you will NOT be disappointed
