When I went I got some Macarons and they where very good. In the same night I then shamelessly walked back and got a Pumpkin Cheese cake. It was full of flavor and very good. The texture was more fluffy then the dense New York style I was expecting.A friend of mine got the Strawberry Tres Leches role which I proceeded to “try” but ended up eating basically the whole thing. High quality sponge and very good flavor.Worth going to if you are looking for a decadent pastry.

The cheesecake was very, very sweet. Some people like that though so whatever. I thought the cheesecake looked pretty until she boxed it and smashed parts of it or I would have taken pics. She almost slid it across the counter in the box and "saved" it but smashed it in the process. She looked at it and knew she did it. I thought when she looked at it she was checking to see if she did and would have switched it out with one that wasn't smashed. She didn't. She gave it to me and I didn't realize it was smashed til I walked away. I usually get better experiences at airports, today was not one of those days. Maybe something is in the air and everyone is in a bad mood ??‍♀️

I visited with Son & Daughter-In-Law & I took out 3 Meat Pies to have for lunch. We enjoyed all of them, as they were filled with meat & diced potatoes (the Baked Ropa Vieja) & filled with savory chicken (The Baked Chicken). The crust on all was flaky, golden brown & crunchy. These can also be for dinner, with a salad or vegetable. Very versatile, filling, & easy to heat!

Went in asked what they liked best, they then repeated my question back to me and just acted like that was a weird question, then ignored me. I’m sure they have good products but I won’t be trying them.

I lived in Europe for 16 years and visited some amazing patisseries. Fillings and Emulsions is as good as the best I patronized in Brussels or Paris. Their staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, the quality is second to none, and their ever-changing selection means every member of my family has a different favorite tart/cheesecake. The prices for their tarts and cheesecakes have gone up about 30 percent in the last few years so I visit less than I used to. Still, if you're looking for the best in the region, you must try Fillings and Emulsions.

The employee who worked 10/28/2021 was not only awkward, but somewhat rude. We walked in with our toy poodle and asked if it was okay if we held him and she replied with “I guess.” Then we asked about military discount and she said “we never had it.” I’ve been coming to a Latin & eclectic patisserie since opening and they’ve always been military friendly with me. I explained that to her and she gaslighted me saying “that’s never been the case since I worked here.” Please correct her customer service. I still tipped her though…

Definitely some of the beat baked goods I've had in Utah. Everything we've gotten has been really good and there is so much we have yet to try.Sometimes there is not much variety because things seem to go really fast so try to go in early for a better selection.

A great place to come for a snack, not a meal. They got the atmosphere and location right and the inside is what you would hope from a Latin American pastry shop: pretty and tasty pastries. Utah county lacks locations to get fresh bread, but if you are looking for a freshly made French baguette to take home with you, you are in luck! We love taking home their baguettes to have with our dinner.

I could just paste in my review from SLC. That's good because so many places that come down here quit being as careful once they realize the locals don't care as much about the quality. F&E hasn't done that. They make a Kouign Amann to match Les Madeleines, which is considered one of the best in the country.Everything is always excellent. My only nit is that I would like things like the Pain Au Chocolate to be a traditional size. They are just too big.They do a beautiful Palitos Rellenos. It's a tiny baguette, and is so simple -- butter and single(ish) slice of prosciutto. It's just like being at a cafe in Paris. It takes me back every time. The place may be overtly French, but the owner is Cuban and the Baked Cuban pies are warm and magnificent. Others can extoll the Macarons that will match most everything in Paris, but that's not my bread an butter here.

This place is so delicious. Lauretta gelato was amazing. Yummy pumpkin cheesecake. Super reasonable prices. Very friendly staff!
