For a place called fiiz, the soda is flat. Also just to add whipped cream, they jipped me like a whole 2 inches of drink. It's like blend it in and fill it to the top. Nearly $3 for a 24 ounce vanilla and whipped creme add ins only? Hmm...

We are semi-frequent fliers here and have always had a good experience here but last Saturday we were needing a soda to get us through the day and so we went at 9:30am. We looked on Google maps and it said it opened at 9. We got there and looked on the door and it said 9. We went to open the door and it was locked. We went to the other door and it was also locked. There was a girl in the shop, but she ignored us and sat on her phone behind the counter. While we were there, another car drove up to the drive through and she wouldn't help him either. No idea what was going on that day, but it was definitely not my best experience ever.

FIZ is a great experience and the staff is knowledgeable about their product! I ordered 'The Queen' but as I don't like Dr. Pepper I substituted for Barqs Red Cream... amazing drink! I call it 'The Red Queen', tribute to Lewis Carroll. This decadent bouquet of flavors will grant your taste buds "the royal treatment": the smooth cream paired with the sweet flavor gently caresses your mouths receptors and tickles the pleasure receptors. Great for a guys night out or to share at a table for two.

My husband and I went in the Provo location tonight for Valentines. When I walked in both employees were on there phones and didn't even acknowledge we were there for probably 5-10 minutes we almost just left. Once they did notice us they both of the employees seemed clueless of what they were suppose to be doing. I asked for a menu item and both of them looked at each other and said sorry we actually don't know how to make that. We ended up leaving and going to sodalicous that is less than 5 minutes away. I blame the management of this location for the way the staff has been trained. They need to be better about making sure all employees know how to make all items. I was very disappointed and don't think I'll be back.

Cozy soda shop with tasty snacks, both sweet and savoury. Good selection, decently priced, comfy atmosphere, friendly service. Only complaint is parking can be tricky, but the shop doesn't really have control over that.
