Stopped here during a road trip- it was delish! The prices are reasonable and the sushi was tasty and fresh. My boyfriend and I had 2 rolls each and it was about $30.

I like my sushi raw, not my chicken.
I have come here for years and always love the sushi rolls! The gyoza is fire as well, and while I've written plenty of positive reviews for sushi bros, I have to say tonight was a bit disappointing.
My husband had a transplant and can't eat raw fish, and DEFINITELY can't eat raw chicken. I got sushi rolls and we split orders of gyoza and musubi, but he got the karaage as well since he can't have sushi. Fortunately I bit into a piece he gave me first, only to realize it was completely uncooked in the center. We checked the other pieces and it was the same for all his chicken. As someone who is at risk with a lot of foods, it was frustrating to realize this after getting all the way back home.
Definitely won't be ordering that again, and if you do, be sure to check your chicken prior to popping a whole piece in your mouth.

Nice people, but the service was not it. 1st time coming and last! I think they were understaffed Food didn’t come out all at once. Waited more than 40 min to get our food. No music no vibes, kinda awkward just eating it there. Food was 6/10. Kinda messy, and unorganized place. They kept messing up orders. Out of soy sauce . . Only thing good is that they’re open late.

I’ve had a good amount of sushi in my days from various parts of the country, and the plus ultra role is by far the best sushi roll I’ve ever had! It was fantastic! Please never get rid of that roll! Thank you!
Really enjoyed the Zachary Binks and Phat Bro rolls. Great flavor. I expected the coconut curry roll to have stronger flavor. Tons of coconut though. About a 30 minute wait for the sushi after ordering. Definitely worth a trip!

Look, I never drop reviews, but this place is so good! Not just the sushi, but the atmosphere is amazing. They have a switch set up with Mario cart, super smash bros, and other games, cutesie little cloud lights and it’s just such a fun place!!! 10/10 favorite place in Provo!!!
