Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Great food. Great service. Friendly people.

My takeout order was ready when I got there, but I couldn't take it because an employee has to give it to you. I waited for almost as long as it took to drive to Freddy's, so the food was colder and it was an overall irritating experience, especially for the high price

Got the grilled chicken club. Not bad.

My juicy burger ripped right through the silver bag they placed it in, resulting in my meal on the floor. We got 2 burgers and one was in a box this one, not. Clearly an error but resulting in an expensive burger that’s not edible.

The food tastes great when they can actually get the order right. It has been consistent that my burger is always wrong, even upon taking it back in saying it is wrong, they STILL don't get it right. Why have pickles as an option if they never get put on.

Freddy's got some of the most Superb Burgers. These patties gotta be some of the best meats i've tried at a restaurant. Customer service was awesome and nice.

I was at the Provo Freddy's on 10/12/24. My hamburger had a hair in it and was undercooked. The meat looked red. I asked for a refund and was told I needed a manager. I waited 10 minutes and the manager never came.
Poor customer service and sketchy food.

The size of the cheese curds has recently changed. They give you tiny amount and the price is the same. BS!

I really used to enjoy Freddy's. I always got take out and and bring it home and enjoy it. I've ordered through DoorDash one time before this time and the same thing happened. I got a extremely light order. This is the second time I've ordered through DoorDash and received only five onion rings in my regular onion ring order as well as a half a container of squished down cheese curds and a extremely messed up burger that I couldn't even tell if it was the three Patty burger I ordered. Very disappointed that they would do DoorDash deliveries like this. I've never had an issue with it when I've shown up and had an order to go. I called the restaurant immediately and they said because I had ordered it through DoorDash that I would have to request a refund from them or I could come in and they would try to remake my order. But that they closed in 25 minutes. I contacted DoorDash and they said because that it wasn't a delivery issue and it was a product issue to contact the store. Nevertheless I was exhausted after a long day's work hoping to have a decent meal which never happened.
