The girl at the counter I think her name is Brenda, she was the absolute sweetest person. She did an amazing job at taking out modifications serious. She definitely made my day better. The guy in the back who I was told is Diego, he was great too. Definitely the best sandwich I’ve had in a while.

They have the yummiest food around! I live in SL County, and sadly there are no Gandolfo’s in my area any more, and so whenever I am in Utah County I stop in for a “Godfather” sandwich. It is seriously so delicious!!

I asked and paid for cream cheese to be added, I checked it and it did not have it. I went back into the store and the employee told me I was wrong and it was definitely there. I looked through it again and it was not there. This has happened multiple times at this location. Employee refused to correct it and was annoyed I asked. It was 2 ladies working around 12:50-1:10pm

Normally really good sandwiches! Stopped in this morning and left with a smashed microwaved, bacon egg and cheese bagel. Service was lazy and slow. Bummer!

Food is good but customer service sucks. The cashier was not friendly and extremely curt like I was putting her out. I had a buy one get one free coupon and she said I could only get 5$ off so it was like it was a buy one half off. When I explained this she refused to listen and insisted she couldn’t give me more than 5$ off.

Food is really good, I went to the one in af and my sandwich had eggs and lots more of the rest of the ingredients, and this one I got the same thing and they left out the eggs and all the rest was way smaller. Tastes good but don’t leave out the eggs
