Short version: lots of potential, poor executionLong version: We tried Goodly for the first time last night. I was impressed with the variety of cookies and the worker was very helpful. However, we were disappointed with the freshness of the cookies. We ended up ordering 5 cookies. At one point the worker said "we only keep our dough for 10 days before throwing it out". This caught my attention, because I'm pretty sure the big competitors in town burn through their dough in the same day. This should have been my sign that the cookies would not be fresh. When we tried the cookies right after checking out, the cookies did not match the description the worker had given us (crunchy on the outside and soft and almost gooey on the inside). Rather, it seemed like the cookies had been made the day before and reheated for us. Maybe our is not the normal experience, but I felt like the cookies did not meet our expectations. I would recommend going to one of the other places in town if you want a fresh warm cookie.
If you’re in a college town and trying to satisfy your sweet tooth, this is the place. You definitely get the best bang for your buck compared with other cookie places. The quality is pretty much the same as some of the other places but the 2 for 1 student discount is unbeatable.
If you’re looking for a cookie, I would go here before anywhere else in Provo. Their service was a little slow, but totally worth it. Also if you are a student they give you a free cookie when you show your student ID. Goodly Cookies > Crumbl.
Best cookies in the West. Big, full of flavor, and fun varieties. We always get at least a dozen when we’re in SLC. My only complaint? We need Goodly in Montana!
This place definitely has the best bang for your buck!! My fiancé and I go here whenever we have a sweet tooth, you should do the same!!
Better than anyone involved in the Cookie Wars, stay out of the drama and enjoy the truly best cookies ?
We love this place! Cookies are buy one get one free for students and the cookies aren't too sweet like other places.
went in to see what they had after lunch today. was pleasantly surprised that all of the cookies we bought were much better than all crumble cookies I have had from NH to UT! "Brookie" was a GREAT idea. Perfect flavors throughout. Highly recommend starting with the cookie side & ending with brownie side! We also bought "Trail Mix", "Oh Sweet Lemon", "The Goodly General", "White Chocolate Raspberry Delight" & "Big CinnaJon". All were enjoyed by our group! Highly recommend Goodly Cookies!
So good! One of the only cookie places I can find that does semi-sweet!
Finally found a place that has semi-sweet chocolate chip cookies! And they give students a free cookie with any purchase. By far the best cookie I’ve had in a long time!

We love goodly come here at least once a week! Only place we can get good cookies and good gluten free cookies for my wife! The staffs awesome too!
Cookies were way to sweet. So sickly. The tops were very hard and the middles not cooked at all. Also, we told the cashier we didn't need a paper in the box because we are low waste. He ignored us and put one anyway while we weren't looking and wasn't apologetic. Definitely prefer chip/crumble.
Super yummy cookies and very nice staff! We had to wait 15ish minutes to get our cookies because they were out and we came near closing so come early if you can!
Searching for Wookie cookies on May the Fourth (be with you), we ordered from this store. They made them fresh, which is the best way to eat cookies. These are fantastic cookies.Note: large orders may require a wait, and the wait is worth it.
I had a good time, friendly staff as well as the cookie were warm and delicious
