I was just served at the gurus at Provo airport by Daniel and he might be the best customer service person I've seen in months. Super professional, super courteous and you could tell he genuinely cared about just being a great person. He ran orders out to people even though I don't think he had to and he was having nice conversations with each of the customers. Super impressive person that made me feel like I should leave this review. The checkout system didn't allow me to leave him a tip, but I think that people like this deserve massive tips.

The sweet potato fries are great.
the service is a little slow. But that's only because their menu is so unique and diverse. And there's so many options.

I got the turkey pesto sandwich and the turkey was so dry and looked like it had been left out. The bread was stale, and I honestly didn't even finish it. The place also had kind of an odd smell. Overall was just not a good dining experience. Especially for the price.

People were great, food and coffee was horrible. Get a chocolate cake donut from the Hangar 32 store instead

I would normally rate this place better, we go out of our way to get the sweet potato fries a lot. But today not only did we get someone else’s food with ours, but I paid $20 for a Taos tortilla salad and had to remove a lot of bad lettuce that was turning red and also it came with a full dead moth towards the bottom of the bowl. Leaves me to wonder, what else did I eat 😰

Food was awesome. A touch expensive but the portions more than make up for it. For example, I ordered the burrito grande (would recommend) and paid $16, but the damn thing was huge and definitely filling.

Great place, great atmosphere, great staff, good food!

Great food. Been coming here for years! Also thx for keeping the heat on during cold months. It’s one restaurant we don’t freeze in!
