I've gone here over a number of years, and the menu has only gotten better and better.
My favorite has always been the sausage/bacon with egg, cheese, and jalapeno, but I think the best ones now are the Carnitas and the Beef Birria.
The desert kolaches are also all very good.

Delicious and had the friendliest staff. We only spent 5 minutes chatting with the staff but they were kind, answered our questions, and made sure our food was hot. I was so impressed and now understand why there’s sometimes a line out the door. It’s worth the hype and the wait.

Hruska's is THE place to go for breakfast in Provo. Their kolaches are so delicious, and we have taken many friends and family members to try them.
Their sausage, egg, and cheese kolache is SO amazing. I don't know what they do to their sausage to make it so good, but it really hits different.
If you are visiting Provo, this is a must-see!
