I left smiling! The food was great (way better than mo beddahs,) but the staff was just amazing! Lady at the counter was super nice and very helpful, and the cook was awesome! He asks how you want things cooked, chats a bit, just a fun dude.
Good food, great experience

I HATE teriyaki and theirs was amazing. But the garlic chicken healed my soul. Best Hawaiian food
And the fried donuts were bomb.

The atmosphere and workers are amazing! Had a very almost homey vibe to it with how they welcomed people into the restaurant. When we went they also had some live Hawaiian music going on, which was a plus and was so fun!
I will say though that their food, in comparison to other places (for example MoBettahs) was a little underwhelming. I actually feel like their portions are smaller and it’s actually pricer in comparison to other places. They do have a little more variety in their sides though which is a plus for HH. I also wasn’t the biggest fan that the food didn’t come out hot. It was pretty lukewarm and for that reason cooled down pretty quick.

This place was great. It’s a family owned and operated restaurant. Great service and food was good as well. If I ever come back to Provo this will be a stop I make

I love how easy it is to order and the menu is kept simple. Nothing is too salty and the Kalua pork has a nice smoky flavor. The curry is not spicy and tastes so good against the other sweet sauces. I have had better mac salad but it is still good. The meats are the star, they are perfect!
Vegetarian options: Not a good place for vegetarians
Dietary restrictions: Good for gluten free. Not a good place for a lot of other restrictions.
Parking: You park in the parking garage on the back.
Kid-friendliness: Kids will love the chicken and rice.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very good.

This was delicious! I've had other Hawaiian food but this was probably my favorite I've had. There was nothing fancy or particularly different about it, but the flavors were especially good and worked well together. Would recommend!
I got the one meat plate and it was very filling! I would usually, like at mobettahs, get the two meat but portions are bigger here. They have more meat options as well. They had some guitar music going and the dude gave us some free drinks! I really liked this place, excited to come back and try the other meats they have!

Great place to have some authentic Hawaiian food. They have great portions for the price of their plates and their garlic chicken is super good. Food took a little while, but I think it's because we showed up right before closing time, and they offered us extra, which was super nice of them. All in all, 5/5 and can't wait to go back!
Parking: There is 2-hour parking on the street in front, but if that's full, there is some parking behind in the adjacent building.

Amazing “hole in the wall” Hawaiian! Try the spam and egg. You’ll love it.
Dietary restrictions: Lot of amazing gluten free options! I buy their GF teriyaki sauce for home use.

Laid back atmosphere, happy staff that can lift anyone’s mood, and great island food! We even got to listen to some impromptu live Hawaiian music played with guitar and ukalele. Feels like a visit to the garden state - we will definitely be returning customers. Do yourself a favor and give this place a try!
