I went here a while back with my parents. It was very nice to be here again.
I got buffalo wings. My parents got different style burgers and two shakes. I didn't take pictures because I didn't want to ruin the experience for them.
It was very nice being here. The only reason I don't give it five stars is because it's not the best place I've ever been to. But, it was good!

We love JCWs and go before every BYU football game. Arrive early for seating before games though. Delicious food, pretty fast service. Love their salads and chicken. The hubby loves the sandwiches and the kids love the kids burgers and fries.the shakes are hot and miss , but they do a good job of trying to fix things. Totally recommend.

I’m 9 months pregnant and have been craving a shake and love the shakes here and come here often. tonight when i went i noticed they raised prices or maybe just put my order in wrong because a small shake was $10. I waited for 20 minutes in line ordered one shake and got my shake completely melted with none of the ingredient i asked for in the shake (cookie dough). so sad and will not be returning

Not worth the time or money. Shake was $13 (worth $6 in my opinion) pre-tax and felt like a Sonic shake but with more solid chunks. Not mixed well. Burger was severely underwhelming and I did not finish it. BLT looks awful, and the chili cheese fries have enough cheese on top for a pizza. Employees are nice but not very knowledgeable, as they said the large shake was $11 and they did not give napkins nor a fork for my to-go order. No reason to return nor make a first visit here, whether for shakes or for food.
Usually service is excellent. Just a bad day. Great place though, really

I’m upset about the fries every time. They are just NOT good. But the chicken tenders and the shakes 🤌 divine. That’s why I keep coming back. I just wish they would fix the fries!!!

ordered a shake to share with my fiancé, for some reason they only having pricing for a small on the board, so I asked the cashier who said it was $11 for a large, it actually ended up being $13+tax for poorly mixed soft served icecream and a mediocre amount of mix-ins.
