This location and their crew is awesome! I had a big lunch order for a work event and they delivered in time. And then when I needed a few more boxes, I was able to call and go and get them all ready to go! These guys are great!!

I love jimmy john sandwiches. They are better than most of the other sandwich places. Their Italian sub is my favorite one. I also like their wraps. My recommendation is to try them. The parking is easy. Of course they do delivery as well. If you are in Provo Orem area and in the mood for a sandwich, stop by here.

I LOVE this place. It's a stop on a long day's drive. They are so fast it take me a minute or less to place my order. By the time I've hit the bathroom, my food is ususlly waiting for me! Sometimes it is ready before I've completed my order! The staff is always really nice!

We ordered $600 of sandwiches for an event this week. The sandwiches tasted great. The order was supposed to be ready at 6:15 and our delivery driver had to wait 40 minutes for them to prepare the sandwiches and our event started late. They did give her a drink while waiting which was nice. If the order says "Ready for pickup at 6:15", then the sandwiches should be made before 6:15. A box was also left out of our order so we had to return an hour later to pick it up. Great food, but service needs to be improved especially on $600 catering orders.

i come here pretty frequently and recently I got a sandwich in the drive thru with barely any meat, mayo, or toppings really it was pretty thin and all bread. not mad, just disappointed :(

I just wanted to share that the people working there were very friendly and my order was ready on time, but when I was eating my sandwich I could tell that it wasn't totally clean ( it's something I notice and am picky about... ) maybe better handwashing practices or not contaminating gloves!! So sorry to mention that -- your food is always sooo good!! (:
