We ordered $600 of sandwiches for an event this week. The sandwiches tasted great. The order was supposed to be ready at 6:15 and our delivery driver had to wait 40 minutes for them to prepare the sandwiches and our event started late. They did give her a drink while waiting which was nice. If the order says "Ready for pickup at 6:15", then the sandwiches should be made before 6:15. A box was also left out of our order so we had to return an hour later to pick it up. Great food, but service needs to be improved especially on $600 catering orders.

i come here pretty frequently and recently I got a sandwich in the drive thru with barely any meat, mayo, or toppings really it was pretty thin and all bread. not mad, just disappointed :(

I just wanted to share that the people working there were very friendly and my order was ready on time, but when I was eating my sandwich I could tell that it wasn't totally clean ( it's something I notice and am picky about... ) maybe better handwashing practices or not contaminating gloves!! So sorry to mention that -- your food is always sooo good!! (:

Jimmy John’s can be summed up in one word: "Cheap."
Cheap food and a cheap experience. They are cold and uncaring to the everyday customer and have no intentions on retaining their clientele. When you walk into any Jimmy John’s they don’t see a person walk in, they see a wad of cash. They want to get as much of that cash for the lowest amount of service.
If you find yourself in a situation where you say “man I haven’t had Jimmy John’s in so long,” leave it at that. Don’t go in, unless you're prepared to leave disappointed.

Got the picklewich from JJs. It was surprisingly great. Had an overwhelming pickle flavor, kinda hard to taste meat a cheese. A little hard to eat cause it would slide out.

I come to this Jimmy John’s regularly and lately my order each visit has been made wrong. I typically go through the drive through and am rushed to order my food only to read off my very simple order multiple times for it to not have everything on it that I ordered and that the receipt states should be on my sandwich. Super disappointed in service and consistency at this location.
Picked up a large online order which was nicely prepared, wrapped, boxed, and placed out for pick up in a timely manner.

The older guy at the cash register was very unfriendly and probably shouldn’t be working with customers. We ended up leaving and going to firehouse subs instead. Had a much better experience.

Terrible service. Sandwich was wrong. Ordered the bootleg and they put ham instead of turkey, no mayo, 1 slice of roast beef, provolone cheese and mustard ? Won't be coming back.

Worst Jimmy John's ever! Not only did they totally put it on the wrong bread, they sucked at the toppings. When they said EZ on the banana and hot peppers I didn't think that meant they would do like nothing. And are you kidding on tomatoes??Also messed up my brother's order too, no onions, no pickles. This is pathetic and we'd like a refund or sandwiches done right.They offered to remake mine after putting it on obviously wrong bread, but I didn't want to waste food. Had I known they screwed the inside up too I would have taken them up on the offer.I get with inflation, but this is not Jimmy John good.

Literally the slowest Jimmy John’s for delivery. Last 2 orders took 56 minutes and 48 minutes. The one by my house has never taken over 18 minutes.
