The flavor of the burger was fantastic. I was expecting a pattie in line with what they have at their order kiosk. What I got were 2 patties thinner than the leather of my dress shoe sole. That was an unexpected let down. Thankfully I got a double.

Asked for meat and cheese ONLY on my Philly cheese steak only to get HALF of it being mushrooms. My sandwich is now mostly bread with a little bit of meat.

This place was an absolute letdown. The burger we were served was nothing like what was advertised. Instead of a sesame seed bun, we got a dry wheat bun that completely overwhelmed the thin, flavorless patty. The meat-to-bread ratio was all wrong — it was like biting into a sandwich of plain bread with a trace of meat. The burger was dry, bland, and just overall gross. For the price, we expected something much better. The only redeeming quality was the English chips — those were decent. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Mid day lunch time was no problem! Super quiet and cool environment! The food was good. I had a double cheeseburger, I saw a kid eating one as o came in and knew you’d need two patties on it, they are thin! The service was great! Super fast, ordered and had it at the table in less than 10mins! It’s definitely a place I’d recommend!
