I placed an order through the app specifically to redeem the promotion for a free bucket of chicken with a $15+ order. I added a bunch of sides to qualify, and while the app glitched initially, I thought I successfully added the deal before checking out.

When I arrived to pick up my order—no chicken. I checked my receipt and somehow the promotion never registered, even though I followed all the instructions. The manager flat-out refused to honor the deal, saying they ā€œcan’t helpā€ because I ordered through the app. When I asked to return the order instead, I was told I had to do it through the app—but guess what? There’s no way to request a refund in the app.

So now I’m stuck with food I didn’t want, no chicken, and zero accountability from either the store or the app. Absolutely unacceptable customer service and a broken system. Promotions that don’t work, managers who won’t help, and no support from the app.

Not a great experience, unfortunately. They were out of everything I attempted to order, including staples like regular chicken and chicken tenders. The cashier was unhelpful, impatient, and impolite. Food was okay, not great. Maybe try a different location…

I placed an order through the app half an hour before I needed it. When I got to the restaurant they said they didn’t have any chicken and they had to make it. What’s the point of ordering it early if they aren’t going to have it ready? When I tried to talk to they didn’t understand because their English was terrible and just started talking Spanish to each other. I also found this very disrespectful. In the end I ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes to get my food! Definitely won’t be stopping at the Provo location again.

We hadn't been to this KFC. It was nice. The seating was more comfortable and appealing than other KFC restaurants. It appeared clean and smelled good. The server was stellar. And the food was good.

This store needs new management!! Two weeks ago we went there to pick up an order that we placed on line and we had to wait 45 min as did many other people. We saw three parties of people leave. Now tonight we went there again and they were out of chicken. We left!!!!

My family and I have been eating at KFC in Provo for a few days now. And I am completely satisfied with the service and quality of the food. Everything is fresh and hot. The employees are very friendly and helpful. And their chocolate cakes are delicious. Excellent manager and employees. Thanks for the service, Julian!

I went here for my dinner break tonight while I was at work. I needed fast food because I do not get very long for my break. When I walked in there was no one in front of me. I ordered my food and had a seat. I started seeing more people coming in and still waited for my food. I looked at the time on my receipt and then my watch and realized that it had been 25 minutes since I had ordered. I walked up to the counter and there was also another gentleman there that had been waiting for his food for over 20 minutes. I finally got one of the employees attention and asked if my food would be ready soon. He said that he hoped so. I waited another 10 minutes and then asked the employee again where my food was. He said that he didn't know and that he was just the cashier. After another 5 minutes I asked the cashier if I could talk to the manager. He went back and told the manager that I wanted to talk to him. The manager ignored the employee. I noticed that they were serving everyone in the drive thru but none of the people in the lobby. I had to ask 2 more times for the manager. When he finally talked to me I asked him where my food was. He said sorry and that they were behind. I asked for a refund, since my break was over by that time and he told me that he couldn't give me a refund. I asked why not and he told me that it would take too long. I asked what he meant by that. H said that there were no registers available. I looked over and said what about that one right there. He told me that I had to wait until the other people were done ordering and then he would give me a refund. I finally got a refund and was on my way.
