I ordered my meal online and the food was fresh, the service was extremely friendly, and the restaurant was very clean! I got the names of the 2 gentleman that helped me, Jimmy and Noah, and they were both quick to answer my questions and made me feel very welcome! I highly recommend this KFC to people!

On the burger side of the menu, I wasn't too impressed. I regretted not getting chicken. But it was clean, quiet, & the employees were nice.
The supervisor Noah, went out of his way to communicate with me through DoorDash and help with my order! Amazing management and customer service, so thankful for Noah and his above and beyond customer service skills he carries to the rest of the staff.

12/31/2024: DON'T go to this location!!! They are absolutely rude and stole my money!!! I placed an order through the app in plenty of time to be able to pick it up before the POSTED closing time of 11 PM (see pic). In fact, the app said it was ready and to pick it up by 10:15. BUT when I arrived to pick up my order - before 10:30 - the doors were locked and no one was answering the drive-through. The person who was right in front of me in the drive-through managed to get someone to open the window and talk to them. But when I pulled up, that same person looked at me and walked away. It didn't matter how many times I knocked on the window or honked my horn; I continued to be ignored by the FOUR employees who walked by several times. My card had already been charged as well. I was thankfully able to get some semblance of my order from the Spanish Fork Store (thus paying twice), which was still open according to their posted schedule. I don't know who received my order, but it wasn't me!! And yet I still paid for it!!

Yesterday I went to buy for the first time to KFC Provo and I had a good experience, the girl who attended me was super nice and she resolved all my doubts , she has a cute smile and she was kind all the time, I think her name was Yessenia, that’s the name that I could read, everything was warm and tasty, thanks so much!
