Horrible experience
I've come here multiple times and the drive through never gets my order right. They don't repeat your order so you don't know it's wrong until you've paid.
I asked for no ice and got a cup half full of ice and no straw. I asked for honey bbq tenders and got tenders with no sauce on them or on the side.
Sadly the app doesn't let me order anything off the A&W menu so I have to use the drive through.
I would not recommend this place. And if you do eat here make sure to check your order before driving away.

I came today, Saturday, and the restrooms were out of service, the soda fountain was also out of service!!! The main counter’s cash register was broken too!! It would be better if they didn’t open to the public!! And the service wasn’t the best…

The Colonel seems to be skipping in his old age. The chicken wasn't very warm, or as flavorful as I expected. The fries are not as good as when they started, maybe trying to save a little spice, or hold on to them for too long.

Do NOT go here!! I paid $77 for dinner and had to wait an hour and they still messed up half the order! I was also called crazy and sworn at by the employee! She slammed down my root beer on the counter and crack the container. So my floorboard is now covered in root beer. Honestly the worst experience I've ever had!!

First,all the employees are the best,I meet Barbara who was in the front who helped me on my order,super friendly,and the guy junior the guy that package my food,all the food looked elegant,and the chicken was good specially with a pumpkin pie shake,thank you guys so much,great service I’ll come back another day.
There’s a manager (Pedro that treats his employees like trash,he yells al them,and the times that I’ve been there,I’d always saw him sitting down on his office on his phone instead of helping his employees on the busiest hours,kfc should get a better management and not waste their time on people that’s not worth it.(this guy also insults his employees).

Gotta be the dang worst kfc I’ve ever been to. Ordered saucy nuggs and a sweet lightning drink. Got a Diet Coke and unsauced nuggs. I’m not even surprised anymore. This was the second time I’ve been to this location, first time I came a little late and they literally ran out of chicken and forgot my order. How do you run out of chicken at a dang kfc, must be a sign of the second coming. Will be taking my chicken business all the way to Spanish fork for Popeyes from here on out

KFC use to be so good, but lately their chicken has been extremely salty. The sides are still good, but when chicken is the center of the meal, it should be top notch, but theirs is super salty compared to everyone else's. This particular store staff aren't very friendly. Just trying to move you along and shoves the bag at you. Now I know it's fast food and pay usually sucks, but they need some lessons on customer service.

I'm all for immigrants coming here to earn a living. But if someone doesn't speak Emglish well, they shouldn't work the drive through. Three very bad experiences with an employee who didn't understand my order!
Whoever made the decision to have cars pulled up is an idiot. This isn't the first time my food took a bit - I am pulled up, and then I get honked at and yelled at from the car behind me. You do not have the capacity to park people anywhere other than the window. You can't make them park back in the lot because they either have to cross the opposite way of traffic, or they have to pull out on a busy street to pull back in. This is par for the course here and that aspect really needs to be sorted.
