Got in line to order when it was my turn to order the lady looked at me and said it will be 10-15 minutes until you can order so I stood to the side she then took 2 customers not even 5 minutes after that completely dissregarding I was even still there waiting

Came on a mid-afternoon shift, and was probably the most indecisive I've ever been on any order in my life. Lane and Brayden did a great job walking me through the menu, showing patience, and just being overall great people. A1 customer service. Will be back since I'm here all week for a training.

Just thought I’d add an update to my review. With King Kebab under a new owner, we were a bit concerned that the quality would go down. I am happy to report that it has not. The portions are still generous, the food is still fresh and delicious, and the workers are still polite and friendly.
We love King Kebob! Their meat is tender and flavorful. Their veggies are always fresh, and their pita and shawarma breads are the perfect consistency. The service is great, and we love the owner. She is super nice. I’m so glad we discovered this place!

Been here a few times, it's usually okay. However, today I ordered a single shawarma at 2:23 on a Saturday. Only two workers. They both looked fairly young. 30 minutes later my food hadn't even been started. Got a refund.

My wife and I ate here before a movie. Service was great, attention to detail is so important and the presentation of the food was great. He didn’t just prepare it as fast as possible and call it done. Chef answered our questions and we really enjoyed our food. I had a gyro and it was fantastic. Glad I chose it over the other options at the mall food court!

Fantastic service especially for a mall food court! The food was good too. We got the beef and lamb shawarma with everything except pickles. They were great and there was a good balance of ingredients. The ingredients definitely need to be mixed up or flattened more before being wrapped up though. Inconsistent bites where you get dry spots or no meat. If it was blended better it would be great! ~$11 for lunch
