Great food! You need pest control to take care of the wasps in the drive thru. There’s so many. It’s dangerous. When you roll your window down so many are trying to fly in my car when you attempt order. It’s not that expensive to get rid of the wasp nest. Please invest in pest control so your customers don’t get stung.

I believe that reviews can change, especially if the experience changes. Went back to Kneaders the other day to give it another go because I have not been there in a long time and I was pleasantly surprised! The French dip was delicious and it actually had a nice portion of meat and cheese on it. This makes me very happy to see and I would definitely return again which is why I am giving it a higher star rating now.

I love how Kneaders is just like Zupas now. They charge more and give you less. It use to be when you ordered the French dip you would get a lot of roast beef on your sandwich. Now they put a layer on as thin as the cheese. Same price less meat, way to cut costs Kenaders.

The Mac and cheese wasn’t like I had at other locations. It’s so disappointing and it didn’t have bacon. I’m so sad because I didn’t feel good and was hoping that Mac and cheese would lift my spirits, however it didn’t.

Came in on a date with my husband, we waited a minute or two before someone came to the counter (no one was in line) the girl finally came and told us all deserts were 50% off. We got our food quickly. While we were eating I noticed my sandwich had hardly any turkey and little to no sauce. I’ve gotten this same sandwich for 15 years so I know what to expect and this did not meet expectations. But I still enjoyed the meal. While we were eating we saw the girl who was working talking to her friends who were here eating before we came in. We saw her give out deserts without charge. A little annoying because we had to pay for our deserts. At this point, the girl(and another girl) were standing behind the counter, and their friends were talking to them at the register. A small line had formed, and they continued to just chat with their friends while people waited to get a chance to place their order. Just some things I noticed.
She finally got to the last person by the time I finished typing this.

Kneaders has been going downhill for the last 5-10 years. Today was the last straw. They won’t be getting my business any longer. I had saved up quite a bit of reward points. The rewards were the only thing that made spending the exorbitant costs on their food worth it. They updated their app overnight, prompted me to reset my password and once into the app, my rewards, order history, everything was gone. Don’t waste your money going here. The employees at the Spanish Fork location are not very friendly either. When I have complained in the past, I get a chain response email apologizing, but nothing ever changes. Don’t order curbside at the Spanish Fork location because you will have to go inside to get it anyway.

Sorry. No pancakes is a dealbreaker.

Yesterday I went to the Kneaders at the Shops at the Riverwoods location. I was late to go take care of my aging mother. I felt overwhelmed and a little down. I want to recognize Mr. Kafussi who showed me a great deal of kindness and personal care going above and beyond. The gift of his smile and friendliness meant a lot to me. Many, many thanks!

French toast was wonderful. There were too many customers. The server spilled my tea in my husband's lap. It happens. We did enjoy our breakfast. The Greek Omelette was really great.

I stopped in on a Saturday morning. I waited 30 minutes for my food but finally had to just get a refund because I ran out of time. I love their food. Next time I will just have to plan more time to eat.
