DIRTY! I've never been to a Kneaders that was dirty. Floors in dining area and restroom were sticky. NO tables had been wiped off. I poured water on napkins to wipe down my own table. Not just crumbs, syrup and other food. Bathroom had not been cleaned in a while. Seat, lid, hinges, base of toilet all visibly dirty! GROSS! Sink area had not been cleaned recently either. This was not one day of use dirty. I was there at mid morning. Breakfast rush over, workers standing around. Disappointing.

We were very disappointed on the customer service. The lady at the speaker kept saying huh and wasn’t paying attention at all. Then they were out of a lot of the items that we wanted and we had to keep making different selections which mad it more complicated because we had to keep repeating ourselves because she wasn’t paying attention. Then when we got to the window we were asking her questions and she still was wasn’t listening to us completely. We noticed she had an AirPod in. I don’t know if this was the problem. It could have been. It was after 8pm. There wasn’t anyone else in the drive thru. It’s super frustrating. We were in the drive thru for 25 minutes! A week later we came back and asked talk to a manager and bring it to her attention, she said sometimes it gets so busy that they wear the AirPods to distract them from the commotion. It wasn’t even busy. She didn’t even listen fully to our complaint or be understanding about it. In fact she had an AirPod in herself. I don’t even know if she was listening to us speak to her. I’m so disappointed in the customer service that we received the two times that we received in the last two weeks.

Honestly didn’t know why this place had so many one star reviews, I thought it must be overstated. It absolutely deserves them. The line was only about 6 people in front of me and it took 15 minutes to place an order. After that, I waited for over 30 minutes to get my food. Not only that, but the sandwich I ordered came out on wheat bread instead of sourdough, like I had ordered. When I asked them about it, they said they were out of sourdough. Feel like that would have been nice to know when I ordered… Prices are also outrageous for being counter ordered, self cleaned up, and served on plastic plates.
Slow service, slow moving workers, wrong orders, and expecting me to be okay with something I didn’t order because they don’t restock well enough (AND don’t tell people that when they order) is the summary here.

They got the orders right the food was good. We started ordering and she told us to hold on. She couldn’t understand us she had her AirPods in and literally made us repeat ourselves so many times. They weren’t even busy and it took them forever to make our food not a soul in the drive threw they basically were just standing around. I work in fast food and know you aren’t supposed to wear your headphones while taking peoples orders.

The food was good. But we repeatedly asked if the soup we were buying was lactose free for my sick girlfriend who has an allergy. They said there was no milk in it. They then told us halfway through her meal that there is heavy cream in the soup…

I was cut off in the middle of ordering, she said ok I’ll have the total at the window… uhh I wasn’t done? And she didn’t even read the order back. Good thing I asked for a receipt because they gave me the completely wrong sandwich. I was charged more for the wrong sandwich than the one that I got and never got refunded. Never coming back to this location.

Horrible service! I showed up at exactly 11:00am and tried to order the French toast and they refused to make it. If this is the level of professionalism that they have here at Kneaders then I don’t think I’ll be coming back any time soon.
I love kneaders but this location isn’t great. They always seem to be out of things and take forever in the drive thru. I once sat for 20+ minutes for my order that was only one sandwich. Every time I come the drive thru seems to be annoyed that someone came to order. Very disappointing.

I'm sorry but that French toast was the worst, my baby loves that toast but this time it was completely dry it was plain bread.
TLDR: It seems like they premake all their hot sandwiches and aren’t willing to make changes or adjustments to them. Which I thought kneaders was suppose to be fresh.
So here’s what happened. I came to the drive thru to place my order for the French dip sandwich, only thing I asked is that it is made with provolone instead of Swiss. The guy at headset was hesitant and then said that they couldn’t do that. He has a pretty heavy accent so I couldn’t really understand what he was saying when he was trying to explain why. I assumed it was because he could of been new and they seemed understaffed so maybe he didn’t know how to but my husband thinks he said something about how they premake all their hot sandwiches and how the cheese was already melted? Which wasn’t stated until after placing my order
We ended up leaving the drive thru and ordering online which has a button that says *SUB PROVOLONE (NO SWISS).
Me thinking the guy just didn’t know how, ordered online thinking it would just be easier for them in the long run. When I go in to pick up my order, I’m standing at the counter for awhile. There is a lady helping a man who ordered a bunch of bread to gift and then the guy on headset, who seemed to be running around doing a bunch of different things although there wasn’t a car in the drive thru and no one placing an order and he ran past me multiple time without acknowledgment. I wasn’t in a rush, so I wasn’t overly bothered. The kind lady ended up helping me and the drive thru guy ended up bagging my food and handed it to me. I decided to check my sandwich just in case and realized it didn’t have any cheese on it. I went back to the lady and told her nicely about what was going on and said I didn’t mind waiting until she was done with the guy who she was previously helping. She ended up getting me a new sandwich and everything was fixed. She was amazing, 10/10 no notes. However, if they do premake all their hot sandwiches and just have them in the warmer, it does gross me out because I thought that kneaders was fresh to order. Maybe I’m wrong, but it was frustrating to be told that because it just felt like they didn’t want to make my sandwich, especially when other sandwiches come with provolone.

Ripoff pricing and they can't get orders right. I ordered ham & swiss with no toppings, toasted. Cashier could not comprehend my order. He finally pretended to understand, but he gave me ALL the toppings, not toasted. This is a $12 sandwich that is not even close to what I ordered.

I’m done going to this location. It’s took 20 mins to make a sandwich and a smoothie. Couldn’t understand them through their microphone in drive thru. They could care less.

Very disappointed with this Kneaders location. I watched an older lady who works there grab a full loaf of bread off the shelf without any gloves on. Just used her bare hands. Kinda ruined my appetite. I waited 15-20 minutes to get a $15.00 salad that was subpar. My salad with a large drink was $20.00. I can go to Texas Roadhouse and get a salad that's twice as big for less money than this. Won't be back.
