I love the variety of breads for sandwiches. Salads are great and soups are yummy, but my favorite is the chocolate mousse cake for dessert!

Their product is Kneaders, so it is good, but the cougar boulevard location is a blight on their franchise.

This Isn't a good location. All the other locations I've been to are all really great. The pastries are fresh the sandwiches. Take a little while to make but I know that they're fresh. This location gave me my food immediately. The French dip sandwich was dry. It had clearly been sitting in some kind of food warmer that dried it out before they gave it to me. The pastry was stale. This is the second time I've been to this location. And I thought maybe I just got it on a bad day. But nope, the food here is just go to any one of the other locations.

I have been visiting this location for years but lately the quality and freshness of the food has declined. The last 3 times I have visited (about once a month) the Turkey Bacon Avocado sandwich has been served on stale, dry bread. The first time I thought it was an anomaly but unfortunately it has been the same each time. The bread has been so dry it is tough to eat. The staff are not friendly either and I haven't felt comfortable sharing my concerns with them. I would be cautious with this location.

Food is extremely expensive and it seems like the staff is unhappy. While at the drive thru, I even saw one girl on her cell phone while our order appeared to be done. Also, 20 bucks for a quart of soup? Their prices are way too high. And it is like this at every kneaders. We have not one of them that can get the order right.

Placed an ASAP online order and they jumped on it right away. Was ready for me a few minutes after I arrived. I ordered some tomato soup with roll, chocolate mousse done, and a coconut strawberry smoothie. All tasted great! Staff was super nice. Floors needed some cleaning so I took off a star.

Food is super expensive for the portions. I mean, for $6 you can make an already super expensive sandwich a meal and get a drink and the smallest soup you have ever seen. And last time I went they were out of three of their breads that my sandwiches were supposed to be on.

The staff seems noticeably unhappy almost every time I come in which is a downer, and the prices are starting to get noticeably steep. The food is good. But I don’t have any idea why someone would go here when other sandwich shops and Great Harvest exist, quite frankly.

DIRTY! I've never been to a Kneaders that was dirty. Floors in dining area and restroom were sticky. NO tables had been wiped off. I poured water on napkins to wipe down my own table. Not just crumbs, syrup and other food. Bathroom had not been cleaned in a while. Seat, lid, hinges, base of toilet all visibly dirty! GROSS! Sink area had not been cleaned recently either. This was not one day of use dirty. I was there at mid morning. Breakfast rush over, workers standing around. Disappointing.

We were very disappointed on the customer service. The lady at the speaker kept saying huh and wasn’t paying attention at all. Then they were out of a lot of the items that we wanted and we had to keep making different selections which mad it more complicated because we had to keep repeating ourselves because she wasn’t paying attention. Then when we got to the window we were asking her questions and she still was wasn’t listening to us completely. We noticed she had an AirPod in. I don’t know if this was the problem. It could have been. It was after 8pm. There wasn’t anyone else in the drive thru. It’s super frustrating. We were in the drive thru for 25 minutes! A week later we came back and asked talk to a manager and bring it to her attention, she said sometimes it gets so busy that they wear the AirPods to distract them from the commotion. It wasn’t even busy. She didn’t even listen fully to our complaint or be understanding about it. In fact she had an AirPod in herself. I don’t even know if she was listening to us speak to her. I’m so disappointed in the customer service that we received the two times that we received in the last two weeks.

Honestly didn’t know why this place had so many one star reviews, I thought it must be overstated. It absolutely deserves them. The line was only about 6 people in front of me and it took 15 minutes to place an order. After that, I waited for over 30 minutes to get my food. Not only that, but the sandwich I ordered came out on wheat bread instead of sourdough, like I had ordered. When I asked them about it, they said they were out of sourdough. Feel like that would have been nice to know when I ordered… Prices are also outrageous for being counter ordered, self cleaned up, and served on plastic plates.

Slow service, slow moving workers, wrong orders, and expecting me to be okay with something I didn’t order because they don’t restock well enough (AND don’t tell people that when they order) is the summary here.
