They were out of the cinnamon bread so we bought nothing and went to the other location.

DO NOT COME HERE. I recently had the worst experience at this location. The employees got my order wrong, and when I asked to have it fixed they were rude, disrespectful, and unwilling to refill my drink. On top of that, the bread on my new sandwich was stale and it tasted like the lettuce hadn’t been washed. When I called to talk to the manager the next day to report the situation, he did not apologize for the conduct of his employees and was rude as well. I used to love Kneaders but because of this experience I can no longer be a customer.

The food was delicious and fresh. The breads are divine. The turkey bacon avocado salad was satisfying and tasty! The cheddar broccoli soup was creamy and hot. The customer service was fantastic. The only down I would give is the space feels a bit claustrophobic due to the trinkets for sale.

Super good crack chicken sandwich would recommend. Good service especially considering it was later and we had a larger group, and they got our food out to us pretty fast

I live for kneaders french toast it’s top tier and nothing less. Probably in my top 2 favorite places to go for french toast. It’s filling , all you can eat, has so much flavor, the syrup complements it way too nicely and it even comes with strawberries and whipped cream. I’ve been eating this probably a little too much lately but it changes my entire outlook on life. The management at this location provides outstanding care and is attentive to my culinary needs and shoutout to Sam for being so kind and going out of his way for me when he didn’t have to. Great location!

Went through the drive through at 11:15 am on Oct 28th. Got a couple sandwiches and two coffees. Great sandwiches but the coffees were cold. Walked inside and complained about the coffee temp. The Gal at the counter just warmed them up by putting them in the microwave! Weird. I wont be back

Come in for the baked goods and stay for lunch - you won't regret it. Or you can come for lunch and take home baked goods - I dare you to resist!

Ah another loss to shrinkflation… value is gone. You used to get so much more food for less. It’s sad seeing them just squeeze it by the consumer rather than being upfront.

I love the variety of breads for sandwiches. Salads are great and soups are yummy, but my favorite is the chocolate mousse cake for dessert!

I really like the place. I put the wrong review before. People are friendly and helpful here. Love the space and the ambience. I will come back.

Unhelpful, unfriendly staff that respond to basic queries and orders with toxicity.

Their product is Kneaders, so it is good, but the cougar boulevard location is a blight on their franchise.
