Our reservation was at 7:00PM and we checked in on time. We waited for 20 minutes before checking back in with the front desk only to find out they had “ forgotten” about our reservation. We were then seated. Once seated our waitress was nice but she only came to check on our tale once, my husband's drink was left empty on our table for some time before it was refilled. It took quite a while to get our food for a restaurant that was not that busy on a Saturday evening. Once we had our food my husbands was semi cold already and my noodles were not cooked all the way. I had a similar experience back in October when I had gone for a bachelorette party dinner. I was hoping this time would be different. Unfortunately after this happening twice I will not be returning.

I feel for the service staff because the issues are stemming from management. Restaurant was half full, we waited over a half hour for our appetizer (pretzels w/cheese) to get to our table - waited another half hour before asking our waitress how long until our two courses are expected to which we were told that six tables were ahead of us before our orders. I could understand if the restaurant were at capacity, but this was not at all the case, we would've waited potentially two hours or more to receive our dinners. Service staff commented that the establishment is under new management and are not executing well at all.

The only thing enjoyable was the mini wedge salad. I ordered halibut and the first bite I choked on bones. I returned it and got 6 “mini” scallops for $39.00. Would never return there.

Had a really great time overall but there were some noticeable things that could improve. I will say that I love that you can have a conversation and it's not too loud 👌 Additionally, the white cheese with dried fig and honey to warm up the taste buds was fantastic. Our meat was a little rare even though we ordered medium well and the filet mignon should not cost $75. You get better bang for your buck elsewhere for that price. The bread rolls also didn't come until we were almost finished with our food.

Other visits to this restaurant have been better. Service tonight was slower that we expected, and a few times throughout our meal we had to ask a staff member to find our server for our order, refills and the check. We came to this restaurant for a dining experience, unfortunately this wasn't the experience we hoped for this time.

We didn't have a very positive experience. Service was very slow. It took almost 30 mins to get our drinks. After placing our drink order. The soup and appetizers were delicious. When Our food arrived, 7 of us had madallions. The beef was warm and tender but the vegetables were ice cold. Like they had been plated for a long time. One of us had lemon chicken and it was cold as well. My other daughter had risotto and it was not cooked. It was crunchy. She wouldn't let me send it back because it would embarrass her. There were only four tables of 2 diners each table had a different waiter. (3 waiters for 8 people ) , yet we we had one server for a group of 10. a bus boy was helping bring out entres and he said who had the salmon. We said we didn't order salmon. So he went back by to the kitchen only to return and say its not salmon but scallop risoto. For a fancy restaurant your help should be versed on the menu. I've brought business people to eat and it's been fine but had this been a business dinner I would have been mortified since Iveboasted about how good your restaurant was. Still when you trust an establishment based on previous experience an reviews and then have such a terrible experience, I'm not sure I'll come back

Extremely slow service. Food was slow and came out cold. Took over 1hr to eat dinner with 2 people. Over priced for what you get.

Service is always first class. Great drinks and desserts! Although after 40+ visits they still ask us if it’s our first time in. Lol 😂

Amazing fine dining experience. The dishes were tasteful and overall very impressed with the service and ambiance of the restaurant. A little noisy but there was a company party going on in the private room so understandably so.

I love this place but haven’t been for agile. My birthday is in a few days so I decided to treat myself to a birthday dinner there. My server was amazing! She brought out the delicious rolls quickly. I have forgotten how amazing they are! They sat me quickly with my reservation. I went for the Medallions and the were perfectly cooked and delicious. It came with broccolini and fingerling potatoes which were also perfectly cooked. I also go their lemon cake to take home. What a fabulous meal! I highly recommend this fabulous restraint!

Be careful!! When they ask if you want a soup or salad right after you order your main dish, know it is not included. It will be an extra 9 dollars. Our waitress was amazing! But the kitchen took nearly 2 hours to bring out our food. The atmosphere was fun though. They also didn’t refill our drinks. Our server was so kind, which helped a lot too.

VERY slow. We waited over 45 minutes to get our drinks and they came after appetizers which also took a very long time. Some refills never came. All of the steaks were overcooked. Rolls came after appetizers. Would not recommend and will not return.
