In November 2025, we visited Little Caesars in Provo, Utah. On Tuesday, November 11th, or Veterans Day, Little Caesars offers Veterans a free lunch special personal pizza and 20 ounce drink. Thank you, Little Caesars, for treating Veterans so well on Veterans Day and providing us with a free and delicious pizza lunch.

Ordered through DoorDash. Order was canceled twice from drivers was a little upset called to figure out what was going on. The guy on the phone was awesome the order was stolen but he said he’d remake it and was super kind over the phone. I appreciate it for sure!!

It’s 10:30pm on a Monday 9/29/2025. If I’m not mistaken this location is supposed to be open until 12am. So why is the open sign turned off and when I went in the blonde girl said they do not have nor are they cooking any more pizzas and there’s another African American girl in back mopping while the blonde girl is counting the cash til? This location used to be amazing but has wildly gone down hill. Always getting attitude and none of the staff cares at all to even attempt to keep the place open until midnight. As I’m typing this up in the parking lot, she’s walking the door and apparently effective today they started closing at 11 which I call total BS.

I used to be able to just go and order and the pizza would be ready but now I always have to wait 5 minutes the least to get my one pepperoni pizza

So much for Hot-N-Ready.. this place sucks and you're better off not getting pizza from this Little Caesars. I would give zero stars if I could.
Only two overworked employees leaving customers waiting for eternity. They only had bread sticks and cheese bread available around 7pm which makes absolutely no sense considering most people eat dinner around this time. When they finally had my pizza ready they left it in the warmer for 20 minutes before they paid attention to me waiting at the front desk to ask someone to get it.. also their floor is DISGUSTING..

For the service if I could leave a negative review I would. Employees were condescending not very nice and had no rush to make the pizza. I was told 6 minutes and took over 20 minutes with no one else in line. Wasn’t a great experience for my family

Usually I love Little Cesar’s pizza. Just the regular hot n ready pepperoni pizza is always good. No complaints. Tonight I got a FAB 4 hot n ready pizza that was HORRIBLE! I honestly think it had sat in the warmer all day before they sold it to me. Worst crust I’ve ever had. Dry, tough, hard, chewy, stale. And TOO MUCH SAUCE! My friend spit out a mouthful of a sausage slice. He felt sick. I did too for a while. We had to drink a lot of soda and water before we felt better. My neighbor here in Provo says she has gotten to where she doesn’t buy the hot n ready pizzas anymore at this Provo 900 east location. It wasn’t like this before! Fire this crew!! They are making horrible pizzas!!! Every time I go in there, I see new faces. It’s never the same crew. But this current crew is just awful at making pizza.

I've been here twice and each time it was the same thing - nothing was hot or ready and I have to wait an unreasonable amount of time for a LC pizza. And there were other customers also waiting. On my most recent visit, there were only 3 employees when it was a high rush time and they very clearly needed 4 employees. If I ever am in this area again and necessitate a pizza, I will drive farther to a Domino's or a least to a different LC location.
Little Caesar’s is not a place you go for fine dining. The pizza is consistent enough. The customer service is okay but I think they tend to be busy so sometimes there won’t be someone to help you at the register right away.

Wasn't greeted by any of the 3-4 employees I saw. I made eye contact on two different occasions and they didn't even acknowledge me. Then once someone came to help me, my order had already been sitting on the counter by the register. Therefore not hot.
