For the service if I could leave a negative review I would. Employees were condescending not very nice and had no rush to make the pizza. I was told 6 minutes and took over 20 minutes with no one else in line. Wasn’t a great experience for my family

Usually I love Little Cesar’s pizza. Just the regular hot n ready pepperoni pizza is always good. No complaints. Tonight I got a FAB 4 hot n ready pizza that was HORRIBLE! I honestly think it had sat in the warmer all day before they sold it to me. Worst crust I’ve ever had. Dry, tough, hard, chewy, stale. And TOO MUCH SAUCE! My friend spit out a mouthful of a sausage slice. He felt sick. I did too for a while. We had to drink a lot of soda and water before we felt better. My neighbor here in Provo says she has gotten to where she doesn’t buy the hot n ready pizzas anymore at this Provo 900 east location. It wasn’t like this before! Fire this crew!! They are making horrible pizzas!!! Every time I go in there, I see new faces. It’s never the same crew. But this current crew is just awful at making pizza.
I've been here twice and each time it was the same thing - nothing was hot or ready and I have to wait an unreasonable amount of time for a LC pizza. And there were other customers also waiting. On my most recent visit, there were only 3 employees when it was a high rush time and they very clearly needed 4 employees. If I ever am in this area again and necessitate a pizza, I will drive farther to a Domino's or a least to a different LC location.
Waited forever

Little Caesar’s is not a place you go for fine dining. The pizza is consistent enough. The customer service is okay but I think they tend to be busy so sometimes there won’t be someone to help you at the register right away.

It’s Little Caesar’s. You know what you are getting.
My review is based on comparing Little Caeser’s to Little Caesar’s.
The pizza was fresh and hot and quick! That’s saying a lot because that is not always the case for this chain.

Wasn't greeted by any of the 3-4 employees I saw. I made eye contact on two different occasions and they didn't even acknowledge me.
Then once someone came to help me, my order had already been sitting on the counter by the register. Therefore not hot.

Slow, never any pizzas ready, and employees are rude. Replace everyone here with high schoolers and it would be better off

Does anyone read the reviews on this and actually change what’s wrong. Now this place doesn’t accept $20 or lower. How am I going to pay for pizza. It’s like they don’t want customers. Truly inane place. If the owner would like to contact me I will 100% buy the franchise. I have a group of investors that will and no way you are going to charge us a lot to buy it. You better sell this crap hole for half off.

This is a brand new location, so you would expect there would be some adjustments that need to be made still, but this location does amazingly well. I have been in a few times and they always have hot and ready pizzas ready to go and be picked up almost immediately. I think I have only had to wait once, and it was only for about 2 minutes.

Unfortunately this is the 3rd time I get burnt cheese pizza, and the manager is always really rude but I’m also not sure if he has a mental health thing. So I take it

Whoever the guy is that runs the store at night who seems to be in his 30s was super rude. I went in to get a pizza and asked if they were hiring and he was extremely rude about it. The thin crust pizza I got the cheese all fell off when I lifted the slice up to my mouth as well as every time I tried to eat another bite. Super under cooked. It wasn’t even worth going back to get another one because he was just going to be very rude again. There’s a Taco Bell and other places near it you should go to where the customer service is actually good and you will get what you ordered.

As far as Little Caesar's goes, this is my favorite one. Always friendly and fast.
Employees are nice but little Caesars pizza is more expensive then many local places nowadays and the quality has gotten worse and prices always get higher

Go somewhere else, expect it to take at least 30 minutes longer than the app tells you. Customer service is nonexistent. Drive the extra 5 mins to the one by chickfila
