Drove down there for a pickup order, got home and they didn’t give me my breakfast fries. Drove back and they’re closed before 2! Maybe if they had a phone number I could call then I wouldn’t be so upset. Total BS. I’m so upset.

My kids always request Locals for their birthday weekend breakfast! Staff is always super friendly. Their fried banana breadsticks are to die for (and the pumpkin ones in the fall are one of Provo’s best kept secrets). Coffee is excellent. 10/10.

I was do excited to find this restaurant. The entire kitchen is dedicated gluten-free. So many delicious options. I can't wait to go back when I visit Utah again.

Bland, overpriced, and underportioned. I understand this restaurant is targeted at people with certain dietary restrictions, and I understand how hard it can be to find places in the area that cater to that. That being said, I would avoid eating here at all costs. In no world should 2 measly strips of bacon, 2 small eggs, and two frozen hash brown patties cost as much as they do here.

Stopped in to try a Utah style soda and ended up taste testing the Valentine’s Day special. Both were incredible, and the staff was amazing. I will definitely be back next time I’m in Provo

As a gluten free girl this place is a dream - but to be honest it feels overpriced and overhyped.
I got the banana bread French toast - which was quite good, but cost $14 for two slices of bread and a few slices of banana. My sister got the lemon pound cake waffles - which was $13 for 1 small waffle with a tiny scoop of lemon curd. We watched the workers making the hashbrowns - which was just a reheated bag of frozen hashbrowns from Walmart.
We also got the sunset drink - which was $7 - but it just tasted like watered down frozen orange concentrate.
If the prices were lower I’d give 10 stars, but $4 for two fried eggs just feels egregious. A whole carton of eggs at Costco costs $5.

The food is good, but the quality does not match the price. Far too expensive for too little

This cute little breakfast spot has a lot of charm and everything we ate was so delicious. Having three of our family of six diagnosed with Celiacs - having a fully gluten free breakfast spot was incredible. The chicken and waffles were for sure a favorite!

It's a great concept and nice that the whole restaurant is gluten free, but the food was not very good. Milk latte was undrinkable with cold foam and terrible coffee. Atmosphere was nice and staff was really nice. But with that quality of food and drinks, I will not return.

Had a fantastic brunch here today. Breakfast tacos for myself, and some warm cookies; and tried a bite of my family's sweet roll and banana bread french toast. All heavenly - this place knows how to cook and season an egg! Whether or not you're GF, it's an amazing choice. Street parking available just out front made it that much easier too. Dining area and restrooms are clean, welcoming, and cozy.

The food is not bad. It is not great either. Just plain average for when you have no other option.

I come here a lot and love the food. I walked a mile in the cold on my birthday because I love the chicken and waffles. I got there, asked if they had any birthday specials and was just told no with no other questions asked. Which is fine, I wasn't expecting anything, just hopeful. I tried ordering the chicken and waffles and they were out. It was 45 minutes after they opened on a Wednesday with nobody there. What do you mean you're out? Overall, just very disappointed. I left without getting food on my birthday and walked home and made something.

Rarely can I hold a menu and know I can order anything and it will be fresh, gluten free, and delicious! Highly recommend the Bananas Foster Pancakes or Chicken & Waffles
