Sadly this restaurant has stopped making things by hand. guacamole came from a can. I am guessing the refried beans did too. It used to be a place we went every time we came to town. It’s no longer the authentic Mexican we used to get.
It was my birthday and we were able to be sat down pretty quickly. The food is worth the price and is great for parties.
“Los Hermanos” more like “Los my appetite”.
Better off going to Taco Bell and enjoying fake Mexican food there.
I ordered an enchilada and it was covered in this sauce which made the enchilada soggy (I also found something black inside the enchilada). It came along with beans and rice, the beans were a bit over cooked which made them have hard parts in some areas, and the rice was a bit flavorless.
The dessert looked really good. I saw vanilla ice cream that came in a fair sized bowl, and a churro that came in a cup that had what looked like whipped cream on the outside of the churro that ends off with a cherry on top. Both desserts looked appetizing.
The service was amazing, they gave us free refills of chips, I'm not sure if they still do that, and the waiter was nice.
Thanks for the experience Los Hermonos!
The food was fantastic, just as I remember it. Ellie was our server and did everything perfectly.
Terrible service, they only serve gringos, we waited more than 20 minutes and no one came to serve us, the table next to us arrived after us and they were served but not us.
The food was disgusting. I got the halibut tacos and they looked and tasted like they had opened a can of fish and dumped it on a store bought tortilla with iceberg lettuce. Couldn't even eat it. Big disappointment as this was one of my favorite restaurants in college.
I've been going to Los Hermanos since the late '90s. One of my favorite Mexican restaurants. The atmosphere is always amazing, despite the fact that they have moved locations a couple times.
I absolutely love their food, definitely recommend their smothered burrito, and their brisa demora negra. So yummy! Great chips and salsa, great guacamole. Fantastic wait staff. All in all just amazing.
Emma, our waitress, was phenomenal! She looked out for us and kept our drinks filled, was very pleasant to chat with, and always had a smile on her face.
Bad. Tastes like it came out of a can. Cool looking place though.

Enjoyed coming here several times over the years. We love the location, the atmosphere, and the food has never disappointed.
My wife and I stopped in for lunch. Purchase initial impression was one of worry being the salsa was very bland. This opinion quickly changed once the queso arrived. Both of our dishes were delicious and our waitress Heather was a sweetheart.
Great food, friendly staff
Well it’s not the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. However a child was screaming the whole time we were there. It was a terrible horror movie scream and The parents were completely irresponsible and would not stop their dumb kid from screaming. And they knew we moved across the restaurant because of it. However, it didn’t help we could still hear the kid screaming the whole time. The food was average and the server kept our drinks full but service could have been better. Like he could’ve told the people to shut their kid up. I will not eat here again.
We went with another couple so between us we had
- Shrimp tacos, very plain just shrimp on a tortilla
- Pork chili verde, better than expected
- Combo enchilada and flouta, enchilada was good
- Quesadilla, ok
The service was really good and my wife got a fruity drink that was good.
