Fish and chips were good, but did not stand out as exceptional. The tartar sauce was great and fries were good. I ordered takeout and they didn't call my name so my food sat for 5-10 minutes until I went to the counter and asked about it.

Recently ate here again and arguably the best entrée I'd ever eaten there.... Doc's truck stop.... amazing. How have I never had this? Open faced roast beef pot roast sandwich on Texas toast and fries. I loved it, such great flavors. Only thing I wish was that it had 2 pieces of the texas toast!

Always great food, but they really should put somebody who understands food a little better at the register. When I asked about cheesecake she just gave me a blank look and pointed at the refrigerated display and said is it in there. Not terribly helpful.

I've been trying to get catering services for our Halloween party and it has been a terrible experience. I've called and left several voicemails, I've sent emails, I called the Provo location on 10/18 at 11:43 am and the lady who answered the phone just hang up and didn't even say if they will be able to help with the catering. It's just a very disappointing customer service.
