No one said delivery was with door dash, we were notified pizza was done eta 530pm then done and ready at 513pm 533 order on way then at 534 being picked up but wasn't until 554pm now eta 620 that's ridiculous. I hope the cold pizza is worth the 60 bucks.

I just moved back to Utah and remembered loving Marcos pizza when I lived here. I was disappointed with the lack of flavor and dry crust. The sauce was just ok. There is nothing special about it. Good deal I received. I had cheesy bread. That, too, was disappointing. I'm not sure why this location has underperformed this time. I had the location in Roy mainly.

Dietary restrictions: I like the cauliflower pizza crust.
Wheelchair accessibility: I was able to wheel in fine.
I was staying in the Residence Inn on 1290 S University Avenue and I called to get an order. I told the woman everything that I wanted and she then says, "I'm sorry sir, you're out of our range of service." They are 3.7 miles from the hotel... You can't tell me that they couldn't drive just over 3 and a half miles. They were getting over $40 worth of a food order from me! I asked what their range was, the lady said she didn't really know all she knew is she didn't deliver that way. I told her before I gave her my order where I was located. So she knew from the start where I was. This is POOR customer service. Very POOR customer service!

1. They messed up our order 2 times in the same night. They gave our order to the wrong dasher. Then they remade the order when our dasher got there and then delivered a small pizza instead of the X-Large that we ordered and didn’t get us our soda either. It took an hour and a half for the small pizza to get there, BUT then we had to order AGAIN to actually feed our party, taking even more time when everyone was already dying of hunger.
2. We called when we received our small pizza and told them our experience and the “manager” over the phone was super unprofessional. He would not take responsibility for anything. He didn’t even ACT like he cared that they messed up our party. He blamed it all on the Door dash driver for taking the wrong pizza, but really (I have worked at a pizza place) and when the door dash driver comes you always ask whose order it is and look at the ticket before giving the order out, but apparently that wasn’t done, so unprofessional.
I genuinely would not be mad if they took some responsibility initially instead of placing blame and also not doing anything to try to make up for their multiple mistakes.
I won’t be ordering at this location ever again.

The BEST pizza and such great staff. The Tuesday special made our family give up tacos for something better. We like all the options but today tried the thicker crust with garlic …. It was the best pizza I’ve had in years. I can’t wait for NEXT Tuesday! Fresh ingredients and not stingy with the toppings. A real family favorite.
Updated review. Looks like management has changed multiple times at this location and there have been service issues. They offer garlic butter and parm on crust, but rarely follow the order. Provided feedback around 10+ times, issue still persists. Other issues: forgetting sauces and sodas that were paid for, putting topping on pizza that were not on order, drastic increase in cost of sauce cups.

I worked in fast food (like everyone in my generation) and we always attended every customer during operating hours, even ten minutes before closing time. We were first met by a blonde young man who was kind and helped us find a pizza that fit our needs, but then his co-worker came over with a traceable attitude. What this employee here attempted to do was turn us away 20 minutes before closing by explaining that the pizza was going to be done at or a little after closing. He neglected to redeem the deal his other co-worker had offered us and grudgingly made the pizza. We waited and quickly received our pizza before closing time, note the earlier turn away attempt. What we ended up with was a piping hot large half and half pizza loaded with sauce and cheese. We like this pizza a lot, and hope for better customer service in the future!
