The manager, Jacob, is truly a wonderful person. Rest of the staff are awesome as well. Great food and service.

Normally we love Marcos so I’m hesitant to leave this review, but tonight was just.. so different.
We walked in and ordered an XL pepperoni. Just putting in the order took three times as long as usual and the employee had to go ask for help on how to do it. Maybe he was new? But this seemed so basic of a request.
The little waiting area was *full* of people, well, waiting.
We were told it would be ready in about 20 minutes. 50 minutes later we got the pizza and drove the 25 minute drive home. Opened up the pizza box to discover it was the wrong pizza.
I called and they refunded my money but to now be figuring out food for my kids when they were so excited.. that was just an all-around bummer.
I’m typing this while hungry and tired so maybe that impacts it.
Normally 5/5 stars and we LOVE all the Marcos we’ve been to! I’m sharing this as feedback in case it’s helpful for making changes. We won’t be going back to this Provo location.
My son adds: “We would only be going back to this location for shopping at other nearby places.” “How about we do go back there but if we see those employees there, we shouldn’t order?”

Usually Marcos has great pizza but I got served slop today. This is the “pepperoni magnifico”. I’ve seen more pepperoni on a frozen pizza. Or Little Caesars. I sure hope it was someone new. Should have checked before leaving.

I'm in Provo for work and I tried getting a late dinner near my hotel. After Olive Garden refused, and Habit Burger Grill had a closed dining room (drive thru isn't an option for pedestrians), I found myself at Marco's Pizza. A very nice person at the counter named Noah took my order and prepared my food very fast. Thanks for the great service, much appreciated. 👍🏻
