Went to get a burger and THEY DID NOT EVEN PUT THE PATTY IN IT. Didn’t realize until the 2nd bite there was no patty so I drove back and asked for a new burger (because you know burgers have meat in them). Most of the workers were nice except the lady at the second window who tried accusing me of lying and not refunding for their mistake.
Thank you to the workers who did in the end make my burger, apologized, and did not accuse me. Although purely due to her service I will be ordering from other McDonald's around Provo in the future.

Slow service caused by clearing orders early because they’re so worried about how their time looks on paper, they don’t care about actually serving their customers in a fast orderly fashion.
Waiting for my food for 30 minutes, they treat customers horribly.

I usually have a good experience at this McDonald’s, but today I’m genuinely concerned about something I ordered. My McRib seemed undercooked, warm on the outside but noticeably cold and soft in the center, almost like the pork patty wasn’t fully heated through. Since pork needs to follow strict cooking guidelines, this really worried me. I’m not trying to blame anyone, but it does make me question whether food safety procedures were being followed in the kitchen today. The rest of my order was fine, so I’m hoping this was just an oversight. Still, it would be reassuring to know who supervises the cooking process and how this kind of mistake is prevented. I’m sharing this so management can review what happened and keep customers safe.

Whoever was working the drive thru the short Mexican dude absolutely sucked. We ordered a Grinch meal, a large water and a cup of whipped cream as a pup cup which we do every time. The guy told us they don't have whipped cream and didn't give us a drink with the order Instead they charged us more and gave me a bottle of water. He was very asleep when we were ordering and it is not that hard to put in a basic order. We never got a soda and just got a cup of water.

Breakfast team is AMAZING, they're fast and polite. But someone must be new to working here because the last SEVERAL times I have come here for lunch/dinner, they always miss KEY parts of my order. I'm talking about 10 piece nuggets, or entire sandwiches. They also forget sides and sauces. My husband picked up an order, not knowing what it entailed, and they forgot an entire happy meal! This has started in the last two months or so, so whoever they hired needs more training and/or support while bagging and handing out.

I don't know how every time I order breakfast (it's happened like 3 times in a row) at like 4am (start of breakfast) the hashbrowns come freezing cold. It's not the delivery people because the restaurant is only about 5 minutes away.

They are normally really fast which I appreciate, but they NEVER mix the McFlurry :( Also I got two bottom buns on my cheeseburger today.

I visited this McDonald’s last night through the drive-thru, and the experience was very disappointing. While placing our order, the girl taking it kept giggling and talking to someone in the background, so we had to repeat and clarify our order more than once.
When we pulled up to the first window to pay, both the girl who took our order and the guy standing there looked annoyed that we had even driven up. They were very dismissive and continued their conversation when we asked for a receipt.
At the second window, upon receiving our food we let the employee know our fries were missing. He insisted we hadn’t ordered any, even though we had and had seen them on the screen added to our order. He just stared at us and didn’t offer a receipt or offer to fix the issue. When we asked for a receipt, he was dismissive and didn’t seem interested in helping, and we still never received it. After a moment, he finally asked if we wanted to order fries again, but at that point we decided to just leave.
The girl taking the order clearly made the mistake, but the overall attitude and atmosphere from the staff made the entire experience worse. Something similar to this happens every time at this location. Very poor service.

$10 for an old cold hasbrown, watered down coffee, and a sandwich that tasted VERY strongly of sanitizer water and wasn’t what I ordered. I couldn’t even check if she heard me correctly when I ordered because she didn’t put the order into the screen, she just told me to pull forward. Yikes.
