The menu is more limited than it used to be, but they do have gluten-free bread options sometimes. The staff is very friendly and allergy conscious, and happy to help accommodate dietary restrictions and requests.

I’m grading this down for the carrot cake. The menu has a photo of a large regular slice of cake. Looks good so I buy one for my son. What they bring is two 1 1/2 inch squares from a sheet cake. (??) I had already paid for it but if the photo had been accurate, I would have saved my money.

Ordered food at 10:45 am for food at 12:30. Got my half the order at 12:50, they said the soup wasn’t ready, got that at 1:15, then they said that the bread would be coming soon. They pass out bread to everyone around the except for me, I went up at the lady that said she’d get me the bread was chatting away with her coworkers. They gave me one breadstick at 1:30 and didn’t even apologize. Needless to say I’m pretty pissed with the service as I waited a whole hour to get my whole plate. I wish I had been compensated or apologized to or something, but everyone was just standing around talking to each other.

Update: Manager reached out to me and offered apologies and 2 coupons and was very sweet!

What kind of café doesn't serve coffee? I know it's byu but don't call it a café if there isn't any coffee.

While visiting MOA we stopped in the cafe. Nice soup, salad, and sandwiches with some pasta dishes, as well. At,ospher was quiet and quite pleasant. Food was delicious. Odder from an electronic kiosk. Food is brought to your table.

I ABSOLUTELY love the MOA Cafe food! The salads, sandwiches, soups, EVERYTHING, is so good. Me and my best friend go here all the time in between classes and it literally is the best part of our day!

Really disappointing experience here. Service was terrible which is really odd for BYU students. Sandwich came with no Mayo or mustard and was told, “we don’t have that,” when I asked for some. (Mine you…the feature item on their menu is sandwiches.) They didn’t include my soup in the order either. This used to feel like a test going here. The new fast casual isn’t working for the MOA Cafe. Also, we were told that all of their soups were thickened with flour which is really kind of lazy these days when other options exist that taste equally as good. Tomato Basil soup should never be thickened with flour.

Not what it used to be. The menu from a few years ago was delicious, gourmet, and artisanal. Now they only have a few choices and they're all very mediocre. Their service has gone downhill too. They will frequently run out of food and simply close early with people still waiting in line. They must have new management since reopening after COVID, and they don't know how to run a restaurant. I used to love coming here but my last few visits have been supremely disappointing. I won't be returning until something changes.

Do not Eat here

they used to have the best mac n cheese with sweet pork about 2 years ago but since then, even aside from that, the food options have decreased
