While the staff was friendly and got food to our table very fast, the food itself was not worth the price. The fries were incredibly oily and the burger was nothing special- the strawberry shake tasted like over the top artificial strawberry syrup.

I love the Mooyah locations in Texas. The one in Provo just isn’t any good unfortunately. I’ve given it a handful of tries, and I’m consistently disappointed. Ordered “the best quesonario” burger which is supposed to be topped with queso, obviously. It came dry with absolutely no cheese, and a little mayo on the bottom bun, and that was the extent of the condiments.. Dryest burger I’ve choked down. Burger patty wasn’t so great either, and I ordered a cookie which wasn’t included in my to-go order. It didn’t shock me based on the attitude of the kid at the register. Done giving Mooyah any more chances. I’d suggest Five Guys or Smashburger over Mooyah.

My 9 year old said “it’s better service than chick filet and the food is better than McDonald’s” which is saying alot for him. Anna was amazing and kind, greeted us with a smile and the food came out quickly. It was delicious. We will definitely be back! Went here with 14 of us from my family. They heard about this place and we were going to grab a bite to eat before going to a concert. Their burgers are great and cook just right. They're loaded fries are the best. Nick was very helpful in accommodating us and helping us to be able to sit all together. Will definitely come back here another time.

The server and guy who took our order were incredibly nice and we were thoroughly surprised by the good quality of the burgers. Similar to Culver’s if you like their burgers but I personally liked these better. Sweet potato fries texture was 10/10. Definitely will come back.UPDATE:Went back. Got shakes. The ice cream base is GREAT. Sooo creamy and good. I got cookie dough and it kind of felt like they just threw cookie dough chunks in and stirred. Their aren’t blended. So depends what you like. Def need a spoon to eat it. I’d say 8/10 on the shake scale.

We used to go there years ago and the burgers were really good. We came back a few days ago and the experience wasn't as great. The guy that took our order was high as a kite and I had to repeat my order like 4 times cause he didn't get it. At the end he got it wrong and I told the girl who gave us our order that we were missing an extra fries. She looked at me like I was lying and I told her, again, that we were missing fries. She took the receipt order out of the trash can with the same gloves that she was handling the food and showed us. I approached the cashier and told him that we were missing extra fries and he says my bad don't worry about it you'll get it and another man said the same. He was next to him. The girl was making weird faces since the beginning. She got mad that we were right. She didn't changed her gloves after reaching out for the ticket in the trashcan. She gave us the fries and we left. We ate outside the car because we were uncomfortable. The bun smelled and tasted like old house. Like something you put away for a long time. The burger was flavorless. The only flavor was the salt of the bacon. The fries were hot but not good at all and extra salty. In n out is the way to go tbh. I don't care for the wait. They never disappoint. My mom got sick that day for eating that burger. She was dizzy all night till 4 am and couldn't sleep. She threw up a couple times. This is not funny and this place needs to do something about it. An inspection is needed asap.
