27 years ago I went to University in France for six months, and they had food trucks that Just sold french fries in a lot of places around the country. They were the best fries I've ever had and I've been Trying to find something as good back here in America ever since. A few restaurants have come close, but Believe it or not I think Nick's are better. Thank you for filling a void in my life.

I went to the food truck when they were in Eagle Mountain. I paid $12 for two slices of sweet potato. All the other fries are massive in these big huge things I assumed paying $12. I would get something decent two slices.

Nick makes some good food! I found his stand at the Provo farmer's market, and now we always stop by the new location at the Village apartments too. The fries are beyond anything you'll get at fast food places. The pizza is good, and the location has the Vibe mocktails and honey slushes as well. It's farmers market level food at a great location.

Neat frites is simple amazing, food is fresh and came out super fast! Cooked perfectly and the flavors were incredible. The atmosphere at the vibe is open, clean and welcoming and the drinks are also phenomenal. I went on a night they were doing open mic comedy. Which was funny and provided amazing entertainment while I enjoyed my food and drinks. All around an amazing experience.

Neat Frites is now serving food at the same place the vibe Mocktails are and it's a match made in heaven. The seasoning on the fries is crazy good. I tried the fried ravioli the last time I was there and will happily be getting it again. The chicken medallions are also fantastic. Gotta come get some of the best fries in Provo.
