Eli works at the front counter and is wonderful! They always give great service and are so kind and helpful! The food is also delightful!
The food had really good flavors but I'm giving them five stars because their customer service was really good and has been good in the past. We have been to this restaurant several times and every time they go above and beyond with good service. They are friendly and offer to help with highchairs for the kids and the owner or manager gave us cookies just because of some small mishap in the kitchen with some training they were doing. Our kids choose this place to eat at often and we will drive past another noodles and company that is closer to us just to go to this one because of their good service.
Great place for quick and reasonably priced food. Something from every food style so we can always find something when we all crave something different. At this location, during this visit, the service was great... Fast and friendly. Went the extra mile to make sure we knew we could get a free dessert for filling out a survey about our experience. Rice Crispy treats are as good as homemade.
came to pick up my order, and they had given it to someone else.
Amazing food, unbusy, and really quick service, all for a low price.
Food was good overall. Cobb salad was average. Restaurant was freezing cold.
Normally i have a great experience but this last time I found a black hair in my food (not mine i have a weird ombre) and idk what salad dressing they gave me but it was spicy? I was not ready for my tongue to burn. I tried to go leave a survey or something as im at work and can go back for a refund and it wont load, says its unavailable 🤷♀️
Edit: i did try calling just to see what could be done but no one picked up and it just hung up on me
The new menu is great!
Love the food, but the restaurant is always way too cold inside.
Food was decent, though kind of expensive for the quantity. I probably wouldn't go back unless there's decent discounts.

The food was pretty good. The service not so good. The cashier couldn't muster up a smile or any friendliness whatsoever, then they took apart the soda machine before closing time, not bothering to ask us if we would like to refill our sodas before they closed it down. I will emphasize they closed the soda machine while we were sitting in the dining room eating and it was before their closing time of 10 p.m. it would have been courteous, and good customer service to ask us. You know?

There was nothing special about the food. I could’ve made better pasta at home, I’m sad I wasted the money I did. The pasta salad was literally a salad with a few pieces of pasta, some processed chicken, and a little bit of the other toppings. The dressing was good and the service was kind. Should’ve gone to Zupas.
