We sat there for 15 minutes for the lady to tell us we close at 9 and yet we got there at 8:40 waiting till 8:55 for her to say that and all her lights were still on and everything maybe there should be better workers ones that pay attention. I will not go back there if she is working again it was me and my boyfriend and i feel they should give me and him a free julius for the damn hassle with her.

Although it wasn't busy at all, we waited in line forever while the cashiers chatted with some guy. And when they were finally done talking the cashier treated us as if we were a burden to her. After she rung us up she walks off while another worker made our drink. When she finished making it she just slides it at us and with and says "Enjoy." Worst customer service ever. I wouldn't go there again.
Went there at 8:50 and they wouldn’t serve me because they were “starting to close” ridiculous and super unprofessional. I’m sorry my business was an inconvenience to them during business hours. Well I guess they never actually got my business, and now they never will.

while I was looking at there menu I felt super awkward and rushed, the two girls that worked there were not friendly AT ALL, didn't even smile. They honestly acted like I was a huge inconvenience to their day. This mall is never busy so I think all the teenage employees are so used to the luxury of doing absolutely NOTHING all day that when a customer does come for the service, they are totally rude.
