If you are looking for dollar store quality pasta cooked by a right wing lunatic who hates women and minorities this might be the place for you. If you hate equality and want to support hate then please come to this place, if not there are lots of other options in Provo and Orem!

Really enjoyed my meal here. The food was well seasoned and cooked to perfection. I don't know what people are saying about dry meat either. The chicken was amazing. Pro tip get the Alfredo fries, they are well worth it. I had the Veal parmesan.

I was looking forward to trying this place for awhile, and was a little dissatisfied. The staff were absolutely wonderful, and the owners came and talked with us. The food was a bit bland and needed a good amount of salt. The desserts were very good and ended the okay meal well. I enjoy the fact that they have live music, but the piano when I went was a bit too loud and it was difficult to talk. Something a bit softer--not necessarily classical--would allow for a nice ambience and for parties to chat. I might come back and give it another go when I'm in town again if it just was a bad night in the kitchen.

The Oregano looks like an upscale Italian restaurant. It's located within walking distance of BYU. It share same building with a hotel.

Ugh! There was nothing in their picnic buffet offering that was worth eating. They took too many shortcuts on food quality. Iceberg lettuce salad, steamed cabbage, fried chicken that was tasteless and mac & cheese made with salad macaroni and tasteless cheese sauce. They really need to step up their game.

My family and I were staying in the Marriott attached to the restaurant (one of the nicer hotels I've stayed at) and decided to go to the restaurant. SERVICE: 1/5 First of all, there were no people waiting and it still took 15 minutes to get seated. Then when we got seated it took another 10 minutes before our waiter to greet us. Throughout the meal our waiter seemed to be especially busy, despite there being almost no other customers. The meal was served in a reasonable time, however we went without drinks far too often, was not impressed. Also, when I ordered a beer I got a dirty, warm, glass. After taking the dirty glass back I asked if they had frosted glasses or mugs, the waiter looked at me like I sprouted testicles from my forehead! FOOD: 3/5 Second, I wanted to order the New York strip with garlic fries and roasted broccoli but was not able to since it was no longer on the menu (the hotel room had a copy of the menu in our room and they were not accurate). Instead, I ordered the sirloin steak with mashed potatoes and I got roasted broccoli (substituted) instead of asparagus. I asked for my steak medium rare, instead I got a rare steak that was completely marbled with fat, leaving little actual meat. However, the meat I did have tasted fantastic, it was drizzled in a brown butter sauce with mushrooms; if it was just the steak, I would've given it 4 out of 5 (despite the fat content and not being cooked to order). My potatoes were a little bland and my broccoli was flavorless and undercooked. My wife ordered the coconut shrimp alfredo pasta. The pasta was a little to al dente, bordering on crunchy, the sauce was too sweet and tasted almost like a dessert syrup, the shrimp were large and perfectly battered but tasted of the sweet sauce a little too much. My kids ordered standard italian kids meal fare, bacon mac and cheese, a small cheese pizza, and spaghetti bolognese. Now I understand that children may not have a fully developed palette, but to call the spaghetti anything other than sauce and noodles with one large meatball would be a crime. It was bland and tasted like ketchup and noodles. The pizza was obviously frozen based on taste and texture. The bacon mac and cheese was surprisingly good, easily the best thing we got on the kids menu. As a rule of thumb, I reserve judgment of a meal at a restaurant until I try the children's menu. You can tell a lot about a place based on how they cook your kids food. VALUE: 2/5 When I take my family to a restaurant I expect to pay around $100.00 for food and drinks. Our bill was $117 without tip. However, for the reasons stated above I felt it was a bit much. Overall, I would give the Oregano Italian restaurant 2 or 2.5 out of 5.

Good food. The bruschetta was excellent and the eggplant parmesan is delicious. The veggies were flavorless and the pizza, just ok. I wouldn't say they are authentic, but better than most Italian places I have found in utah.

Came in on a Saturday, food was really hit and miss for us. We started off with a meatball appetizer, which was really good. The bread with balsamic and oil was nice as well. As we get to the entrees, mine tasted alright. I ordered the Chicken Alfredo. The cream sauce was a little off, it was a bit thick and lacked flavor. My wife got the Chicken Marsala - she was a bit disappointed in her meal. The sauce was a bit gelatinous and the texture made the food more difficult to eat. When we reheated up our leftovers for the next night to eat, the food actually tasted better than the first night... interpret that how you would like. We ended our dinner sharing a slice of Mango cheesecake with fruit and caramel on top which was really good.

Easiest 5 stars I've ever given! Pumpkin & tomato bisque were hands down the best I've had in my life. Entrees & service are everything you'd hope for!

Absolutely awesome experience. The service was incredible, best waiter I've had in months. The atmosphere they've created was so quaint yet the food was top notch. There's even someone Michael Buble-esque playing the piano and singing in the corner. I loved every minute of my experience and will absolutely be back!

What a find! Fantastic craft cocktails. Creamy Caesar salad dressing with just the right amount of anchovies. Good halibut with asparagus, risotto, and lemon caper hollandaise. Delicious.

Really great place to meet and have some awesome Italian food at a reasonable price. Quiet and cozy on a weekday evening. No rush, good seating and nice booth settings. A nice walk to the convention center and the new hotels in the area.
