I went into the store today and some guy was in there yelling at everyone. Such a jerk I’m so sorry for you guys and I hope that the guy who yelled at Texas gets replaced with a kinder soul. Texas and the lovely students working there don’t deserve that at all.

I witnessed the cashier being extremely rude to a doordash driver,, demanding to see his phone nafter he said that he did in fact confirmed the order, proceed to yelling at him and grabbed the bag from his hand aggressively. Manager showed up, instead of help, only escalated the situation threatening to call the cops when they're were dead wrong. Don't go there They never get the order right anyways.

This place was so bad my words can not describe the experience here. The pizza dough was raw and the customer service was terrible they got very aggressive and used language that should not be used in a pizza restaurant. The place was filthy and you could just tell that they don’t try to clean it I can only imagine what is behind the counter. Please please please do not go here if you dare to get pizza take your service across the parking lot to dominos.

Would give 0 stars if I could. This place couldn’t care less about its customers. I’ve placed multiple orders here with hours of advance notice to be delivered at a certain time and never once have they got it right. In fact, when I call to check on the order after it was supposed to be delivered they tell me that they haven’t even started yet and give me an excuse about being short staffed. Will never order from here again.

Please go to a different pizza place. The “General Manager” had an attitude when I asked him for more than two Parmesan and chili packets… “sorry, not everything is complimentary, bud. I have to charge you for it.” Apart from that, this is the send time they’ve been extra conservative on the toppings. I assume it’s for the same reason they wanted to charge me for a couple more packets.
Ordered online and my card was charged, but the order didn't go through. Came to the store and told them my predicament and they explained that it was a glitch in their system and gave me a number to call corporate for help.
This would be fine if it wasn't the 3rd or 4th time that I have tried to order online in the past 10 months that I have been unable to get my order.
Papa John's is not a pizza place people go for flavor, but for convenience and they need to start acting like it bc every visit I have had with them has been anything but convenient

How are you going to serve a pizza without any of the sauces like what’s the point of getting papa johns without the garlic sauce and I also ordered breadsticks and didn’t get any red sauce !?! I got it delivered and was too stoned to drive over there so I couldn’t go there and get it. ALSO they put the pepperonis under the cheese and I hate it go back to putting it on top.

I’ve ordered from this Papa John’s for 3 years and it’s steadily gotten a little worse every month. The food is consistent but the delivery times are wildly inconsistent. If you can’t meet the demand then don’t take the orders.
