Good experience with the app, and the service was quick and easy. The only thing to improve is notifying the customer when the order is ready for pickup.

It’s always great
I love merphys pizza cuz its easy and delicious. I love that contact is kept to a minimum with their in and out model, I love that they let me bury it in green peppers and onions, and the quality is always good so I dont have any guess work unlike many restaurants. Plus I like mine a little raw and I can do that with a merph.

WILL NOT EAT HERE AGAIN … poor customer service policy had the manager tell me that they made my pizza wrong but couldn’t replace it because I didn’t return it. Even though I tried calling 1 minute after they closed and left a message. My apologies for not getting out of bed post surgery faster only to see the kids started to eat it and I was worried it was someone else’s order because it wasn’t what I ordered. I kept the receipt and have screenshots in app of what I DID order. I called all day today (the following day) and didn’t get anyone to answer the phone until 4:15pm. The manager said “her hands were tied” because we didn’t return the pizza. “Otherwise you would technically be getting free pizza.” Yes … because YOU made it wrong the first time. I really enjoyed their pizza but cannot give my money someplace that doesn’t care about making the customer happy after an error. One mistake in years of purchases I can understand. It happens to everyone. Not wanting to own your mistakes is something I don’t allow at home or at work so you can bet I’ll use Marco’s Pizza’s 30% off coupon and pay 50 cents more to have it baked and ready to go next time.

We love this location. A few years ago we had a couple of orders where we felt they were skimping on toppings but that's no longer the case. They really make a good pizza for a great value.

I ordered a bbq chicken pizza and my family unanimously said it was thee worst pizza they’d ever had. I also got a pepperoni pizza where half turned into a bubble, and half stuck to the baking sheet. I don’t know what happened, this place used to be pretty decent

We added pineapple and diced Italian tomatoes with a bit more shredded Cheese on the cowboy pizza, it was DIVINE!

Tried calling 40 minutes before closing to order a pizza with no answer continually and decided to drive across town to make it before they closed. Got there 5 minutes to closing and asked if she could make anything as I'd been trying to call for an earlier order and had crying kids in the car while driving almost 30 minutes just to get there in time. She was still finishing one for another customer in the store and said she wouldn't make anything else. It was just really disappointing. I explained I tried to call multiple times between 7 and 7:40 but no one was answering the phones and I drove all the way across town. I even said I didn't care what she had left out. I would take anything. The lack of customer services is astonishing. We've been loyal customers for years almost every Tuesday for their deals but not any more. Would not recommend getting your food from here. Super bitter about such a simple thing they could have done.

Clean store, great employees. Only problem is we ordered cinnamon bread and all the dough was on the outside crust and the middle of the food was super try in. All the cinnamon sugar butter topping turned into hot lava that pooled in the center empty spot. Just don’t cut out the center spot for the cream cheese. Leave it with dough.

The pizza was tasty, but we placed the order online at 4:57 and the pizza wasn’t ready until almost 6. So we ordered online and then waited almost 30 minutes after we got there which is quite frustrating.
Best bang for your buck out there We like the cowboy pizza the best! 22 bucks and it is huge, Good to the last piece!
