Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

I got to the store when they said my order would be ready and they hadn’t even started yet. There was a big pile of orders sitting on the counter that no one was working on. All 5 employees were chatting in the back room. I asked how much longer it would be and they said 20 minutes, so I went on a walk and when I got back they still hadn’t finished my 2 pizzas and were chatting and giggling in the back room. I should’ve stayed to babysit them I guess. Another lady came in and asked for her 5 pizzas which they hadn’t started on yet either. Another 15 minutes passed and the employee working on my pizza was on a personal phone call and made the wrong pizza. At this point 5 other people had come in waiting for their orders. Still 2 employees refused to come work on pizzas- they were working on closing tasks so they could get out earlier. So frustrating!

They didn’t care about my order and didn’t even ask for my name and just called me “Guy”. Worst papa Murpheys I’ve gone too. My 2 pizzas weren’t ready when they said they’d be so I left for 15 minutes and when I got back only 1 was done and all the employees were standing around in the back room chatting and giggling. As I’m writing this review, I’ve been waiting for 25 minutes and the workers are still laughing in the back and not working on their long list of pizza orders. The worker finally preparing my pizza is on a personal phone call and ended up making the wrong pizza. Not sure if they could be any worse. Now there are 5 people waiting for pizzas. Next time it would just be easier to make a homemade pizza to avoid the pain of working with this store. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Ordered over the phone and arrived 15 minutes after the time they were supposed to be ready (they had not even started). Three employees were chatting in the back and the other one was on a personal phone call in the front. Also, there was a mountain of uncompleted order receipts at the counter.I asked when it would be ready, and they said 20 minutes. I came back 20 minutes later and they still hadn't started. I had to interrupt the employee (who wasn't attentive) to get him to start the order.Another 15 minutes later, they MADE THE WRONG PIZZA. Had to wait another 10 minutes.By now, there are about 10 customers waiting and they've made 2 pizzas in the last 15 minutes. Half the employees aren't even making pizzas and are in the back trying to do closing tasks so they can leave early, completely ignoring the customersAlmost an hour of waiting after I got there, I'm walking out with my pizzas.I NEVER leave reviewers but this was the worst experience I've had at a food establishment. Completely unprofessional employees and unacceptable service.Drive the extra mile to the farther papa murphy's and skip the clown show.

This is the second time ordering and the same thing has happened… I have followed the instructions to a T and the pizza crust is always sticking too the cooking cardboard tray and burning. I even pulled it out 2 mins earlier than the lowest recommended cook time. I think I will have to stick to frozen pizzas now because those cook properly based on the instructions provided.

They always have good take and bake pizzas..Recently they updated saying open 24 hours on Sunday and Monday but that's not accurate I think somebody made a mistake...lol

They had teenagers working that didn't seem to be able to solve any problems and didn't want to call management to solve them so overall I feel like there's a management and training problem

First, I'd like to say I love Papa Murphys pizza. However, what the store desperately needs is a manager. Its frustrating to be waiting for your order while they goof off. I was told 10 min when I ordered, I came 20 minutes later and they hadnt started my order, I inquired why.. He said that he wasn't sure they had anymore dough. I had to ask him to please check. All while they were goofing off. FRUSTRATING!!!!

So yummy! You can never go wrong with Papa Murphy’s! The crust is perfect, they put plenty of toppings on and they made ours to order. Definitely returning. Staff was friendly and helpful!

Great pizza place! Love how everything is made fresh! And their seasonal specials like the Jack-O pizza in October and the Heart-baker in February are super unique and fun! I would suggest ordering online for a quicker experience!

There was one person infront of me and I waited in line for 10 minutes as the two female workers at the counter chatted it up without once acknowledging me. This has been a weekly venture coming to this location but not anymore. I know it's only pizza, but be more professional. I dont need to hear about your life experiences in your ward.

Most of the time this location is great! There have been a a couple times that I’ve ordered and gotten a poorly crafted pizza, though.

Their new Italian pizza is fantastic!! I did a call-in order and it was done right in time!! Super impressed, and definitely will be ordering another soon!!
