I hail from Seattle/Bellingham (PNW), the home of Galactic-level Pho and this place gets close! When I return to Provo, Ill visit again.

I went to Pho for dinner and it was really busy and I wasn’t able to be seated after waiting for a while! So I left. I generally love the pho here but the wait was too long. The food is great but I wish I was seated faster.

DONT GET THE ORANGE CHICKEN!
I know you’re probably thinking who the heck gets orange chicken from a pho restaurant. Well I did, and I regret it now. I was led astray by the waiter but it’s not his fault he can’t taste. Literally. (Covid did him dirty)
It was dry, stringy, and not a bit orangey. The combo plate also comes with a sad excuse for a salad and the smallest portion of rice.
Not to mention the restaurant smelled like a porta-potty. We had to move tables because anytime someone opened the bathroom door a nasty smell would waft by.
So stick to the pho (and a table far away from the bathroom.) Even if you’re the only one in the group who didn’t want pho. Just get the pho.

Restaurantji Recommends
Love this place. I recently moved from Seattle and thought it would be tough to find a Pho noodle place. This place is amazing. Great service price and portions. Can't recommend this place enough. Headed in for my second time!!

After trying a lot of pho spots around Utah, this one is definitely the weakest. I’ve given it multiple chances since it’s close to where I live, but the broth consistently has no depth, no richness, and none of that authentic pho flavor.
And with pho, the broth is everything that’s the whole foundation of the dish.
The meat also lacks seasoning and flavor, and overall the bowl tastes like something I could make better at home. There are much better options in Provo if you want real pho.
The atmosphere doesn’t help either; it feels a bit dark and because it feels that way it makes it feel kinda dirty, which takes away from the dining experience.
The only positive is that the staff is attentive and kind, but unfortunately the food itself just doesn’t compare to other pho places in the area.

Never disappoints, I think of Pho when the weather is brisk or I feel I need a boost when Im getting through a cold, the service is always quick and the quality of the broth always hits, repeat customer for Provo and Orem for sure.

Though I haven't had much of the menu, the seven spiced pork Bahn Mi and honey pork bahn mi are out of this world. I didn't love the rice or vermicelli plates, but they were still pretty dang good. If you go, trust that the Bahn MI is exceptional.
