Chill vibe, nice music playing! I got a regular steak pho which is definitely a good portion size. The broth was good but tasted like it was quickly prepared; it lacked the depth of other restaurants I’ve tried. The noodles were a little too soft and easily broken. The meat however was good! Better than other pho restaurants I’ve tried. Overall it is a good quality for the price.

We loved this place! It has delicious food, and it’s excellent to visit with a small group. It was pretty busy when we went and they got us our food within 10-15 minutes. Totally worth eating at to try pho for the 1st, or 20th, time!

This was the worst Vietnamese food I’ve ever had. I placed a to go order and I ordered the vermicelli noodle salad with chicken and the noodles weren’t even drained. They were soggy and dense and water in the salad. I threw away my entire meal.

Had a big group that went. We were given a Japanese style seating called horigotatsu. Where the table sits in a recessed pit. The food wasn't just vietnamese pho, they had others such as pad Thai and gyoza. Definitely more of an Asian fusion restaurant. Food was good. My only gripe if I had to name something is that the noodles are over boiled, making them very soggy. The broth was nice. Prices are not crazy, as a large pho is under $16. Being from a bigger city, large pho is tends to be $18+ or so. And the boot the portion is more on the more food. Parking sucks, so good luck with that.

The service was absolutely AWFUL. Both me and my friend have worked in the restaurant industry for years and we have never experienced service that bad before. I had to call the server over 5 times to ask for very basic needs (a straw, chopsticks, share plates, chili oil and to go containers), he never once asked “Is there anything else I can get you?” or “How is the food?” and he seemed annoyed every time I flagged him down. There were only 3 other tables in the restaurant, he was busy clearing tables instead of checking in on us. We asked for an arnold palmer (half iced tea, half lemonade), he told us “We don’t customize drinks”……

I eat a lot of pho, all over the country, northern & southern style. The pho was okay, broth was good, way too many noodles, and the veggies looked like someone bought a bag of pre made salad at the grocery store & poured it in. They were literally just shreds of lettuce, carrot, and the smallest broccoli florets I’ve ever seen.
The gyoza were the best thing we ate.

I would say go there for the food only and order takeout so you don’t have to deal with the unpleasant server.

Incredible.

One of my favorite places right now. I can't say how the rest of their menu is because I get the same thing every time, but the thing I get (large pho with steak, tripe, tendon, maybe something else?) is always good. Service is very quick.
The benches are kind of uncomfortable, opt for a chair.

What a hidden gem and great hot food.. nice menu and quick service… if you are in the area you must check it out… broth on the chicken pho was delicious..

Great Phõ! Highly recommend.

You need to remove the tag for vegan options from your listing if you don’t offer vegan pho. A dry slab of tofu on bread doesn’t count.

Great pho. Even better service, very personal and thoughtful. I’m very very impressed.
I got the #7 brisket and meatball and there was way more meat in it than I’ve had at other pho places. I would seriously recommend this place. It’s got a nice quiet hole in the wall kind of vibe to it too.

Serviced sucked they just don’t care at this location. I’ve never had a problem ever when lm at the Orem location but every time i come to Provo they are rude won’t be going to that one again!
