Great pizza, awful location! The other night I had a pick up order set for 8:45pm. I got there at 8:30pm just to wait around until it was ready and the store was closed, lights off and no one was there. The stores hours show that they close at 9pm. There was no note as to why they closed early, they were just closed before their scheduled time with my order and my money! I called, left messages and tried to get in touch with someone. Still haven't heard back. It's been days and I still haven't had anyone reach out to try and make the situation better or explain what happened. I am very frustrated and this location won't get my business again.

WORST customer service I have EVER experienced in my entire life. I have never been more disrespected and treated SO poorly anywhere else.

We used to love this place but new management is horrible. Our order was wrong and we were treated horribly by the young girl that was working. She refused to make things right. We won't be eating here again.

Pier 49 is probably my favorite pizza place in Utah. Their pizza is amazing and the service is great. If you go here I would recommend knob hill and lombard street as well as their cheesy breadsticks. But, really anything you order will be great. The workers are super friendly and the place is always really clean. The restaurant just feels super cozy and I love the California theme, especially the giant mural on the wall. This place is perfect for a date night, and overall its just a great experience.

This was a solid place to try, my wife and I got two pizzas and 4 total flavors. The chicken bacon ranch was very good. The Hawaiian pizza needed some more cheese, the 5 meats was good but also would have liked a bit more cheese. We liked the dough dough crust. Another thing I’d say is it’s really hard to read the menu cause it’s black and there’s a light bar of lights right behind it so it’s very hard to read. We would go again.

I have Celiac Disease and this is the best gluten free pizza I've had in Utah county.

I did an online order and I was very happy with the service and quality of food. My pizza was delicious! I also got the honey butter cinnamon pizza and it was really hard to eat. Ever heard of the cinnamon challenge? Instead of sprinkling cinnamon on, it was literally dumped on the pizza. I was able to tap some of the cinnamon off, but each bite was still full of cinnamon. Simple fix.
Amazing Pizza! Flavorful and the service was awesome!
Great Pizza! We did 2 of there pizzas that allow you to do 4 flavors on each so we tried tons of different flavors and everything was super good! Little Italy, nob pizza, and the buffalo chicken were some favorites. Pesto was my least favorite. Still good just not a big pesto person myself so I may not be the best judge there.
Definitely coming back again!
