Went in to get some cheese sticks today around 7pm. There was only one young male employee working all alone in the restaurant, said his partner went to Starbucks… I tried to order and he said “My manager said we only make those until 5pm so you have to come back before then.” Just a way to prevent college students from using their starving student cards. I came to this place a few months ago and it was totally different. He was also giving $10 discounts to all of his buddies. Note to the manager: Reminder that it’s false advertising to advertise a deal and then not fulfill it.

The worst place, the website is terrible to summit a order, is small the places only have two chairs, the price is so expensive, the workers complain a lot for evething, even when people don't leave tips, the customers hear everything that's not professional , not coming to this place ever.

I ordered 2 medium pan pizzas and the dough was noticeably old. The crust was extremely firm and chewy. They also do not have garlic butter sauce anymore, they use the garlic parmesan sauce that is for the wings as their pizza dipping sauce and it is horrible and honestly I'm a bit concerned about cross contamination when it comes to that. I spent hours on the toilet after eating 3 slices and I threw the rest of the pizzas away. Honestly Pizza Hut is really going downhill and I was extremely disappointed.

They refused to accept the Starving Student Discount of free cheese sticks because it was Saturday. Lied to my face about it not being accepted when I have used the coupon last year at this location on a Saturday.

We had a order a couple of weeks ago and the pizza dough and breadstick and cinnamon stick dough were old and expired they were not soft manager would answer the call no one at the store did another manager of pizza got o hold of him and he said he would credit my account back because the food was so gross we just threw it out and got something else we couldn’t even eat it and the couple bits I took made me sick all the next day and The manager never credited my account back he lied and said he would but I never got anything so it was a waste of over $50 I would t recommend ordering from this place I would drive a little further and go to another Pizza Hut that keeps fresh dough not old dough that will make you sick I don’t recommend anything from this location

Stop ordering from Pizza Hut because they use Doordash. You can see why. Our pizza was tossed around in the box and was a mess when we opened it. Service was so much better when they had their own drivers.

Had the pizza ready very quickly! Each time I come in to pick up they greet me well. They make sure we need anything to accompany our food. The pizza was hot and delicious. Best pizza hut to order from. And they show you the pizza if everything is right. Will be ordering here more.

Used my starving student card to get some free cheese bread. That stuff is wayy good. We also got some French bread and that was really good too! Had a great experience. Great service.

Worst experience from pizzahut. As a restaurant that ive grown up on this franchise has let me down so many times in just the past year with multiple bad experiences. Provo location i did not expect what i saw from beginning to end. Walk into the store with music blasting above appropriate level. Took my pizza back to the job sight to find that my stuffed crust pizza had been stretched so thin that you could see through it. Thinner than a thin crust. Brittle, stale and of no value. Embarrassing to open up infront of a bunch of hungry construction workers. Get it together. I paid almost $30 dollars for a carry out so i was expecting it to be atleast decent.
