I’d honestly like a full refund because of what happened. I ordered food for delivery, they sent it with door dash?? Then the dasher gave me someone else’s food which was Wendy’s, feel bad for whoever Amanda’s was. Few minutes later I get an email saying my pizza was delivered and “handed” to someone. Then I had to call and ask what the issue was and my pizza never even left the building. The guy didn’t even offer to remake my pizza or anything, he just said he’d throw it back in the oven? Like are you serious? I ordered my pizza at 2:43 and didn’t receive it till 4:10.This time and the last time I’ve gotten Pizza Hut have been really bad experiences, it’s sad to because I’ve never had a problem this is my family’s favorite pizza, and it’s very disappointing. Last Pizza Hut i ordered from the app I accidentally ordered from a place in a different city, so I went to get it but the biggest problem was I tried to call to ask them if it was for sure there, and the number I called didn’t even lead me to that store, it was someone who wasn’t even in the building and the conversation was very frustrating.

We ordered take out over the phone a few nights ago and the experience was effortless and professional. The pizza was delicious, and what made it even better was the helpful service and efficiency. Highly recommend this location of Pizza Hut.

I wish they had tables but it's takeout only. The employees really try to go above and beyond and the garlic cheesy bread sticks were super tasty.
The app hardly works. Called in for an order and was told that it wasn't available. Disappointed.

The food was really good we got a pizza with pepperoni and jalapeños. It was very very tasty and my whole family had it for dinner. We all woke up very very sick. I don’t know what it was but we were all having a bad time in the bathroom. I wouldn’t get it again.

I ordered ubereats from wingstreet in pizza hut. The wings are good, but my $4 large fry was cold, and only had about 25 fries in the box.

When I called last week the driver was late . I paid for my pizza and asked for my change that was only $5.00 and driver responded it's in the car . I was going to tip the driver any way as I always do. I asked where is your car he replied down the street. So the driver got a $ 15.00 tip. He tried to play me so I told him when you come back I want my change. I called the store to complain but wasn't able to get through but I did leave a voicemail.
Unbelievable! We ordered two large pizzas and had them delivered, and our bill was $52. PIZZA HUT has priced themselves right out of the market. We won't be back.

Ordered for delivery last night to west Provo. Selected the pizza with chicken, mushrooms, green peppers and onions. Pizza showed up luke warm. Not a mushroom or a green pepper on the pizza. maybe 4-5 small pieces of chicken and something I suspect was pepperoni, small slivers of some meat like substance. Cheese was like glue. Definately the last time I order pizza from pizza hut. Threw half the pie away.

I ordered pizza last night, said it would be delivered in 25-35 minutes. Online it said “on its way” 2 hrs later nothing, and still haven’t gotten it. It’s a brand new day and still no pizza. Didn’t get a call or anything. I called, place was closed. Will never order pizza from this place again.
