Canes is great but for as crowded it gets for being near college students and blue collar workers where is your heaters outside come on your getting the business it's cold

First time here. Was told it was amazing. Too crowded. Chicken was okay, but not stellar. I could have purchased the fries at any grocery store. No flavor to the slaw and the bread was soggy. Won't be returning.

Usually never have any issues when I go to canes, but today I ordered curbside and after waiting 15 min for them to bring it out I went in and it was sitting on the to go shelf. Not a huge deal, but then I found a big staple at the bottom of my drink…?
this is my first time experiencing this, but just wanted to make it known that this happened. Makes me hesitant to go back.

I had a good experience here today. The food tasted great, and the service was quick. Plus, the staff was really friendly. I even thought the price of the food was reasonable for what I ordered.
The only complaint I have is with the limit of the menu. I wish they offered more. How often would I really come here to eat without more options to choose from...right?
Overall, I did enjoy it here.

The best chicken tenders!!
Each time the chicken is crispy, juicy and flavorful!
The lady calling out orders/names was so loud. Kinda took away from the atmosphere. The young man taking our order was very kind.
