Inconsistent. At times brilliant, at times slow and off. The tortillas are great. The burritos are filling and great, though the price now matches them. The meat quality is low. Still I’d consider it a better value than many other similar places. Breakfast burritos are a classic, I enjoy a carne asada fries burrito though others swear by the California.
Food is honestly a 3 star but I’m adding one for having a 24 hour drive thru. Provo is hard up for 24 hour places so it’s much appreciated.

Thursday hours must be wrong or someone didn't show up. Arrived at 4:15. Open sign was on but nobody was home. Proceeded to the one by the Provo front-runner station. Check out my unfortunate review/adventure there. Next time I'll have a chance to eat today is at 11am. Thanks a lot Rancheritos.

I have tried to go here after work multiple times when it says it is open but the doors are locked and lights are off. They need to fix the hours to accurately say when open

Ordered two meals through GrubHub. Only one meal arrived. DO you check your orders for accuracy? I mean, at least count the number of items going into the bag!!! If 4 items were ordered, 4 items need to be in the bag... A second grader can get this concept!!

I got the Asada Burrito. The asada was cold and not tender, it seems to be old meat.
My wife got a burrito plate. The chicken in it resembled canned chicken. The cheese enchilada was not warmed. The cheese wasn’t close to being melted.

This chain is always our go-to when we visit Utah. We always get tthe shredded beef crunchy tacos because they don't use those caucasian pre-made shells. This was my 1st visit to this location. The food was decent, but lacked salt (which I never noticed in other locations).
