MEDIOCRE. Chicken smells good but nothing special eating it... No atmosphere to speak of... Certainly nothing Peruvian. Service next to non-existent... Not satisfying.

WON'T RETURN.
NOT RECOMMENDED.

Authentic and delicious Peruvian food, my favorites are the lomo saltado, the grilled chicken, and the huancaína fettuccini.

I highly recommend this place, the service is top notch.

Skip Red Fuego if you want Pollo a la Brasa. No good.

Red Fuego's chicken only masquerades as Pollo a la Brasa.

Sure it's, seasoned differently than anything you'd had before and it isn't dry. The flavor is just garbage. A travesty to call it pollo a la brasa.

To top it off:
Tiny serving, a joke of a 1/4 chicken. Imagine a leg that's smaller than the plastic fork. I thought I got one big thigh. Nope this chicken had wing sized legs.

I got rice and potatoes. Rice was inedible. Funky and soft. Probably their cheapest sides to purchase themselves - still it's $12 freaking dollars. I didn't even finish eating the chicken because I was let down so hard being sold chicken under a false name.

French Fries were perfect....

I was really really looking forward to good chicken today, pollo a la brasa, and I was literally bummed out after tasting yours. An actual travesty that this brand has so many stores.

I wish I could give this place a 3.5 instead of a 3. It’s a Peruvian chicken place, but the chicken doesn’t taste anything like Peruvian “pollo a la brasa”. This one is fairly bland and doesn’t do Peruvian chicken justice. They were out of quinoa so I ordered beans for my side. They were horrible. I swear they tasted like they were out of a can and just really heated so they could be warm. But no flavor at all. So bland. I didn’t even have a second bite (and I was hoping to get my fiber in). My husband got the plantains and they were okay. I am giving it 3.5 stars cause we did get a side of sweet potato fries and those were very good. Redeeming. Also note that the chicken portion is kind of small. I would get my six year old a quarter portion and it would be fine for him. One more thing. We tried getting chicken a prior time at around 8 pm and they were all out of chicken.

I recently called in an order to the Provo location, then realized I was closer to the Orem location. I called back and Dan was able to stop my order. He could have just left it at that, but he went out of his way to send the order to the Orem location for me and told me to drive there and the order would be waiting for me. That’s great customer service!

I had to wait too long for a 1/4 of chicken They said 15 and in the finals I left waiting 30 minutes. They served many people before me, super disappointed and I didn't receive what they said.

This is one of our favorite places and the food is always fresh & delicious (when we dine in)! However it seems like the protein portions have gotten smaller since the last time we came here, and the sauce cups were half filled (sauce-to-food ratio is wayyy off, I feel like I have to ration it to finish my meal!). They have also started to charge for sauce. This is one of the few places I like to eat at in Provo and I like to support small businesses.. but it feels like they are trying to cut corners which definitely puts a dampener on the experience.

From the get go, the lobby was extremely clean and well kept. I also work fast food and I was impressed. The staff were very nice and when taking my order she made small talk and made me feel right at home. Food came out faster than I expected and was absolutely worth the hype. Would absolutely come back
