Dining in person is fine but don’t expect much if you order from a 3rd party app like Grubhub. I used to order fine without problems. The last two times they have not even bothered to follow what is on the order request. Let’s just say I am becoming less thrilled with the service from their kitchen and checking to make sure the order is correct. Not sure I want to order again anytime soon after this attempt

12/12/2025 at 6:12 pm I think my server was the only upside to this experience. I had to sit and listen to the busboys and cleaners of the table next to us sit and argue on how to clean and clear a table yelling at eachother in front of my kid. I brought It to the managers attention and he did nothing whoever that manager is should be fired. He did nothing to help the situation other then bring me my check so we could leave early still paid full price without finishing dinner what a terrible experience and place to eat. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone

So from right to the beginning the manager, I think his name is Halsey or anyways he was awesome tall guy short hair sat me and then Nicole the waitress top customer service from start to finish just awesome and I gave her a $50 tip. I just had a feeling too, and she said this really helps. My roommate just died And she has a 12-year-old and Christmas is coming and I just thought that was really cool kindness goes a long way and God is mindful of all of his children.

We went on a Friday night and it was moderately busy, the service was amazing!! We got our drinks so fast and the food tasted wonderful! Our server Aaron was so attentive and made sure we had what we needed the entire time!

I’ve never been to Red Robin before, but our server Vanessa made it the best restaurant experience we’ve ever had. She made it such an amazing and smooth experience and did it all with a smile and great attitude. She seriously brightened our night and is one of the best servers I have ever had in my life. Definitely would come here again 100%

Unfortunately, Red Robin has gone downhill the past few years. This isn't just one bad visit, but visit after visit, I am always leaving unsatisfied, to the point of leaving a bad review. Here is one example of many I could give: Bottomless fries means that you have to nag the waiter to get some more fries, that is assuming that they ever come by your table (which they rarely do). Portion sizes have shrunk, costs have gone up, and service is subpar. The thing is, I don't think it is a waiter problem, I think this is a management problem. I know we are all struggling because or rising costs across the board, but Red Robin is the perfect bad example of how to prey on customers loyalty and ultimately ostracize them. Red Robin, it has been some good years, but after years of recent downgrades in service, I think it is time we break up. I am moving on. Plenty more fish in the sea.
