My husband and I love coming here for date night!!! We had a sever named Heather! She was very happy and fast and an absolute sweetheart! Never once had we had a bad severer!

Heather was our server and she was amazing! She was constantly checking up on us and making sure we had what we needed. She was also quick with other people and making sure everything was super good! Best service and the food was good!!

I love Red Robin and their burgers! Almost every time I’ve gone I have had a positive experience. Unfortunately today I did not have good customer service. We went there for my birthday with my husband and two others. When we got there to sit down, I had three friends drive down from Idaho to surprise me. Instead of the host being kind about it, she was super upset that we needed more seats. Makes sense because it’s a Saturday but it was just 4pm, which shouldn’t be a big deal. When we got a new table, my friend apologized for the mixup and said thank you for getting us a new table. The host then replied saying that maybe we should tell them the right number first off, if we could even count. That was pretty upsetting and rude. I didn’t know that more were coming for a surprise and instead of being kind and excited, the host was rude and snappish. The food was delicious as always, but I was really disappointed in the host tonight. Just wish she wouldn’t have put a damper on a great day.

As someone with celiac disease, I really appreciate how careful the staff is about keeping my food safe for me to eat. My server this time was Miles and he was amazing about communicating with me about my food/allergy and checking up on my table frequently. The staff is awesome and the food was incredible!

It took forever to get seated, but once we were seated, the service was amazing. Michelle brought tons of fries and freckled lemonades and it was a fantastic birthday experience for my wife!
