The food is always good and I've never had a rude waiter though the people in the restaurant are hit and miss. Me and my gf recently got sat by a woman that complained loudly her meal didn't have the right cheese on it and she wanted a refund despite the fact she only left a bite or two of her meal. We were a little uncomfortable because she also kept staring at us and we were a little scared she was going to spit at us or something but that's not the restaurant's fault this is still one of our favorite date night restaurants. My only problem with the actual business is I wish the bathrooms were a bit cleaner and had better lighting it feels like peeing in a dungeon. Really like the purple popping lemonade!

I was craving their steak fries and it's been months since we've been there so since we were in the area, that's where we chose to have dinner. My husband got the onion rings which he had to pay $2 extra for and he literally got 4 onion rings! Seriously? FOUR! My fries that I'd been craving came and they had no color and were limp. I asked the waitress if she could bring me fries that were actually cooked and she brought another basket of the same, limp disgusting fries. I ate maybe 4 of them. My croissant sandwich was super boring but my hubby's avocado burger was okay. Good thing they serve Blue Moon so at least my beer was good! The waitress was super nice so I didn't really complain even when the second batch of fries were disgusting but we won't bother going back. The one thing I looked forward to has gone downhill and the prices are ridiculous. Especially for 4 onion rings.

Not as good as I remember. Kinda a let down. Burger was average and appetizers were not good. not worth the money, won't be going back. A 25$ meal a piece should be great.

It was a great experience for us. Tried a new burger and were able to buy a cute kids' plate that desert had been served on. It was such a cute picture and cheap for a fun plate, just $2.00 garlic fries are delicious

I haven't been to Red Robin in couple years and was excited to go. I was disappointed in the quality of food we received and was suprised at how bad the quality has gone down hill. Just like other restaurants in this economy they have lowered quality while raising costs.

I don't know, the food was just kind of bad. Didn't taste very good. We got some mac and cheese and it was all cold and nasty. The service and environment was really great, and the staff was absolutely incredible. It's just a shame the food is just not that great.
