Ordered five Papusas, said it would be done in ten minutes but took about twenty minutes. They did apologize for the inconvenience though. The flavors were just okay, we got chicken, spinach, and beef. The chicken tasted the best, but still nothing to write home about. The filling was too little and the pickled veggies that came with it didn’t taste that great alone or with the Papusas.

$35 for 8 bean and cheese pupusas & an orange Jarritos! I've never encountered Salvadoran street food in America for such outrageous prices. Most places charge less than half that. Called in the order 15 minutes before arriving; when I showed up 15 minutes later, they hadn't started it. Beans tasted stale like they were old and/or from a pre-made canned refried beans. Masa was soggy. "Pay cash, don't pay sales tax. Pay credit card, pay sales tax." -Ricas. If you want good pupusas, go to Provo to pay less than half the price and 100 times better quality.

Got 4 pupusas for Independence Day and these are the best pupusas in between Provo and SLC. Perfect thin and crispy taste which made you feel like you’re back in El Salvador. Payed about $5 a pupusa but totally worth it if you want to taste like you’re back home.

This place is way over hyped. I went for the first time yesterday and had the worst Papusas ever. They used way too much masa and over charged. I paid $35 for 5 bland Papusas. Don’t come here and waste your money. There’s an authentic Salvadorian restaurant in Provo called El Salvador Restaurant that is much better and their Papusas are only 2.50 each.

I went in for the first time yesterday. I feel like they charge us more than what the menu prices said. The food was good. I just don't like the fact that we were over charge.

This place is getting worse, overpriced, bad service, bad flavor . Is not worthy.

Not good at all. Not sure how this place has 4.5 stars.First off the food here is bland. My wife and I both come from a Hispanic background and we have tasted what real pupusas taste like and these are not even close. We ordered 6 pupusas and it came out to 20 dollars. WAY TO EXPENSIVE for bland pupusas. The pupusas we ordered were2 frijoles con queso2 revueltas2 de lorocoThe worst part is that they didn't even get our order right.

Best tamales I've had EVER! I've been meaning to try this place for a while since i love love love tamales.By the way there are two sides to their menu!So I really loved the guatemalan tamales..nice and different from your typical (mexican tamale) and quite bigger and more moist. It's wrapped in a banana leaf. A unique mixture of things on the inside. An olive, pork with bone in and I think that's it.The pork & chicken (mexican) tamales we're so delicious and equally as fresh. It all tastes SO authentic & freshly made.I also tried their cheese pupusa and their bean papusa!! Absolutely incredible♡.All orders I listed are Gluten freeeee For those GF folks out there.Loved it all so much...and eager to come back and EXPLORE other dishes on their menu♡.Thanks Real Tamales!♡

The restaurant was literally empty, but it took them 40 min to have our (very simple) order ready. Very disappointed. Not coming back.

I had a big craving for some pupusas and was disappointed by these. There wasn't much flavor, which is saying something as a bland white guy.
