We’ve been at the NICU for 3 weeks now and this cafe is super good. I wasn’t expecting it to be as good as it is. Desserts are great. Sandwiches are always fresh. Love the ambiance.

Nasty tasting quality food and spoiled milk. Customer service there was also terrible. Don't eat here if you don't have to.
The food is great and very cheap!

Every Tuesday and Thursday morning, they offer the most amazing made-to-order omelettes, all for less than $4 each. (P.S. The sweet rolls are pretty good if you are early enough to get one.)

Pretty good food for decent prices, especially when the only close options are gas stations. Much better food and Han that. It’s a hospital cafeteria. They have a surprising selection to choose from. Really good when you’re in a difficult hospital situation. The only thing that was difficult for me was that my daughter’s room was almost on the opposite end of the complex. Quite a far walk/wheel for a disabled person.
Wheelchair accessibility: Fully wheelchair accessible (it is a hospital after all), but it’s far from the main recovery rooms in Pederson tower.

Lack of many quick vegetarian options, but overall decent food that’s well priced, especially for employees.

Very tasty. Had grilled chicken on sourdough bread with cheese bacon lettuce and tomato. Fries and a drink for nine dollars and a little change. Got full on just half of it. For hospital dining it is above what I expected. Wil eat there again.

Was not impressed with the drink selection. Only went for drinks so can't comment on anything else.
I love this place. The original was amazing but it still maintains some of the magic. The grilled cheese is epic. As in cheddar cheese, two slices, grilled with a lid over it for perfect crispiness. Fries are fantastic. Lots of options of bakery items, salads, diet drinks, and even sushi. My husband and I came here for a date once.Oh and they have epic pancakes that are 59 cents and HUGE.

When you think of food in a hospital, generally the word "good" isn't used in the same sentence . . . This is not the case for the river rock cafe. They had good food at excellent prices all hours of the day or night.
