Delicious! I got the Pho and my friend got the spring rolls. Both were amazing. If you have never had vietnamese food and like a little adventure, get the House Special Pho. When they hand you a plate with bean sprouts and a bunch of leaves, add them to your broth. The leaves taste amazing with the food. Be sure to stir the meat into the broth to get it thoroughly cooked. The very hot broth literally cooks the thinly sliced meat before your eyes.

I was at starbucks earlier today in Provo and saw Rollz Vietnamese from across the street. I decided to stop by for lunch and did not regret my decision. Will be back for more!

The is good sometimes the taste is a bit different. Service is ok. It's hit and miss depending on who is cooking that day.

The atmosphere feels like you are in Vietnam! :) with all the plants and greenery. The pho is AMAZING!! The bone broth, the flavor is spectacular. Amazing portions, and very generous with the meat. Vietnamese coffee is also a must! If you have never tried pho, or looking for yummy regular pho spot in Provo this is THE PLACE!!
Additional update:
Went to eat here last Thursday and forgot my purse here, I remembered and just came back to get it.( Monday) They kept it for me over the weekend. Not only is their food incredible, their staff and the integrity they have is amazing as well. I’m so grateful for an honest business like this one. They will have me forever as a supporter. Thank you Rollz!!

Came in to use their wifi (sign says free wifi outside) wanted to see if i could get something to drink, like a soda or something to use the wifi as a paying customer. However the attending person was extremely rude when I was asking about being able to use the wifi. Before I could be able to buy anything, he got really defensive and started saying that even though the sign outside says free wifi, that its only for paying customers (which is fine, i wanted to get something to drink anyway). And then resorted to pretending that he couldn't speak to me because English is his second language, when he was speaking it perfectly fine. It was just so off-putting and was short and rude for no reason.

We were 8 travelers from California with a hankering for Vietnamese and we were happy to have picked this place. Flavors are spot on and servings are generous. One of my friends is Vietnamese and said the broth for the pho was correct. We ordered various gỏi cuốn (fresh spring rolls) and I ordered bún tôm nướng (noodle salad bowl with grilled shrimp) and added chả giò (a spring roll). It was so fresh and satisfying esp on a hot day, and the spring roll was crisp and freshly fried to order. The only quibble is that the were no chopped herbs in my bun or the gỏi cuốn rolls, not even cilantro.

Come hungry, the pho bowls are enormous, the fresh rolls are ample, and the food is on point! I made the mistake of ordering both dishes mentioned above, I have enough for three meals!
